Carpet in room dirty. Rooms dark and dingy

Amazing staff accommodation bath, bathroom exceptional. I would recommend for all my family and friends. Very close to leffant station. We took the train in terminal 2 of Ronald Reagan airport. In less than 20 min we were at the hotel. Highly recommend!

Only negative was the faucets were lose and hard to operate

Mr. Kenny in front desk was amazing! He accommodated our requests and answered all our questions. Thank you IHG for letting us have that pull out sofa bed, made all the difference in our last minute family get together. Our family is blessed with how you value customer service. Thank you!

The property was close to the Bible Museum which was the reason for our trip to DC. The parking was convenient and we walked to dinner on Saturday night down at the Wharf. We will definitely come back to the Holiday Inn and recommend it to our friends. This was our second stay.

Bathroom had some mold issues. The blankets were scratchy and uncomfortable. The bed was incredibly firm and uncomfortable. The tv had only a handful of selections and very limited for being the year 2025. Value wasn’t great.

A great location but a few things lacking. Heating in room very noisy and not easy to adjust. Desk lamp faulty. Disposable glasses and cups, glad I had my own mug. Mattress had seen better days. TV remote did not work properly, unable to scroll through channels or volume.

very nice hotel, very clean, the bathrooms could use a little attention, they aren’t dirty just old and rusty but all and all great for a weekend trip

The good: This is probably the closest hotel to the museums in DC, just a couple of blocks from the air and space museum. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but having a sofa was nice. Staff was great and let us switch rooms when the first one was too noisy. The bad: the hotel is right next to the train station. The first room we had was directly above the train tracks and there was no sleep to be had after the train horns started at 6am. Bring your earplugs and book a high floor. There isn’t much in the way of restaurants in the neighborhood, so you’ll need to venture out a ways to find food. Thankfully the staff was very kind and moved us to an interior courtyard room. You could still hear the trains, but it was much quieter.

Excellent location, close to the main city attractions.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear every noise from the inside outside and everything in between. Being next to railroad tracks doesn’t help either. If the rooms were soundproof this would have been a great place.

Location great, staff is very friendly, clean rooms. Only advice is ask for a room on the front side of hotel. My room was on back side and train runs directly behind hotel. Every 30 minutes it seemed a train would go by. All night.

Parking is expensive but what can you do? Awesome stay otherwise.
