Holiday Inn YAKIMA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The stay was ok But hotels.com. Really sucks for booking. Ok prices. But they missed up on the Dates and how many was checking in. As far as the Hotel was ok other then the POOL and SAUNA Room pools were clean but expect Salt water purified water BUT THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT is the Room is not Family friendly you can not hear anything said in room do to the Echo that did not make it fun as well as a spot of blood on cover bed spread. And the key cards only worked half the time. And you have to pay for breakfast it not included.

Nice room, clean and quiet motel. Good restaurants downtown.

I liked that it didn't smell musty. Every thing seemed clean. The beds were very comfortable. Since I do not walk well loved it was right by the elevator.

Room was nice and clean- secured parking area for guests nice since there were some people outside in the back of the building that were a little questionable (not the properties fault). I was bummed that the hot tub jets were not working and there was no sign or warning- when I asked they said the hot tub works but not the bubbles.

Stayed twice in one week. Loved the secure parking lot. Very clean. Arrived late and we were checked in in less than 5 minutes

Staff friendly, property clean, noisy from Yakima Ave on the weekend.

Very clean. Spacious rooms. Noise street in the AM. I would stay again.

It was a very comfortable bed. The door key cards kept unsyncing with the door, which is a large pain when you have to drag your suitcase down a lengthy corridor to the elevator and back to the desk to get it fixed.

They had a gate for parking. That worked great with my kayak and bike.

I enjoy this hotel because of its location and great condition. What is a hit and miss is the desk personnel. On this trip checking in was delightful because the desk attendant greeted me promptly, was friendly. Checking out was different. No other customers were around and yet not even a “Good morning!” greeting. No friendly banter. Just instructions on where to drop the keys. Indifference like this was the worst part of my stay.

Nice Modern entry. AMAZING Bartender who made excellent drinks & Food served, one of the best hotel bar/restaurants I have had. I would definitely go back again

Clean and friendly and quiet

I had the breakfast free , they charged me $42 dollars.

No complaints except our bathtub was very dirty. Rings around the tub and it’s not stains . Some people bathe their kids and a clean tub would be nice

The room was spacious and comfortable. I didn’t like having to use a key card to operate the entryway light and bathroom light.

Very loud traffic.. not the hotels fault. Room service not available Saturday morning...buffet only for breakfast (no complimentary breakfast ) Tried room service again Saturday night, phone message said closed. I called front desk and they got it under control. Availability of hotel place to eat was "hit and miss".
