I had a great stay at this Hilton for two days and three nights. The service was excellent, and the staff was really nice and helpful whenever needed. My room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. The only downside was the parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Very clean and modern Hilton property. My room was listed as a queen studio which was very clean and comfortable for a solo traveler. I’m pretty sure the bed was actually a full size and not a queen. Not a problem since I’m alone, but I would be upset if I was with my spouse on this trip. Bed was comfortable. Definitely enjoyed having the full size fridge and kitchen. Shower never got hot it was mostly warm but really wished it was hot. Breakfast was pretty terrible with pre made omelets and breakfast sandwiches that were left sitting under a warmer looking very unappetizing. Oatmeal was the best thing they had. I did appreciate the real plates and utensils vs paper plates at other Hilton properties. Digital key never worked and when I went to the front desk they told me to just use the regular key, that pissed me off cause if I wanted to use the regular key I wouldn’t have bothered to ask about the digital key in the first place. I would definitely stay again if I was able to get a great price.

Great Stay with a Few Quirks Stayed at Home2 Suites Hilton Chicago in February and had a mostly great experience! The staff was incredibly nice, and they allowed us to check in early for three rooms at no extra charge. Plus, they offer a free two-hour late checkout if you ask. Brunch was sweet and delicious, definitely worth trying. However, the elevator situation was a challenge—only one was working, it was slow, and stopped at almost every floor. If you're just a few floors up, consider taking the stairs! Parking at the hotel is pricey ($60/day,) but I highly recommend using SpotHero—you can find all-day/overnight parking for just $13 about three blocks away. Download the app; it's totally worth it! Overall, a solid stay with great service, tasty food, and some minor inconveniences. Would stay again, but I’d be prepared for the elevator wait! 🚗🍽️⬆️

No parking lot facility inside building and have to park 2block away public self parking property with validated ticket during stay but outside temo is below -10C temperature and so killing cold wind in the street so terrible to walk every time to park and pickup car. Even more the Room heating system is out of ordered in the mid-night and getting cold and hard to sleep well during stay and have to change room in the 11pm OMG. breakfast room is spacious but food is it enough , especially meet burger is not served and changed to ham burger instead. They have a Water found and it is good for getting water but need to clean change water filter because the taste of water is tap water and throat is uncomfty though even drink in the night.
