Excellent!

Everything was perfect

We had a very nice overnight stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

Room and bathroom were clean. We had an accessible room for the bath, so that was important to us.

This is my 3rd stay here. Two of the three times the pool has been closed due to chemical treatment, which is fine since we didn’t have the time to swim, but one time we’d like to have that option. This visit, our garbage was full when we walked in, my bed sheets appeared dirty with dirt from shoes/feet-?, and the bathroom floor was sticky. Everything else seemed fine but now I’m wondering if it was completely cleaned. In the morning, I went to use the microwave, but it didn’t work. Upon checkout, I did voice my concerns and the front desk clerk was very apologetic, heated up my tea in their microwave, and gave me 25% off. I love the rooms here and the quiet/comfy bed, plus it’s dog friendly, so I hope to stay here again, and just had this one unfortunate experience

Staff was amazing. Very helpful. The pool was out of commission 2 of the 3 nights I stayed for maintenance that probably could've been done after hours.

This property cancelled my reservation because I chose “pay at the hotel”. They revealed that it was a busy weekend and the hotel had sold out, resulting in my two rooms being cancelled. We have stayed at this hotel several times and I am appalled that they would do this simple to make more money off of “surge pricing”. We were left scrambling to find a three hotel rooms at 9:00pm. We won’t be going back.

Very comfortable room. Stayed a week and it was great to have a small kitchen with full fridge, dishwasher and all the necessities to make food in the suite. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were good too and it was nice to have coffee and tea available all day.

If you haven't stayed at a Home2 Suites, I highly recommend it. It's open, has a fresh new look and clean! VERY impressed with the brand overall. And the Eau Claire South location didn't disappoint. Was only there for a brief overnight stay but liked it. ONLY suggestion: More lighting by the desks.

Always enjoy my stay.

We stayed here for a family vacation, and overall had a pleasant experience. Traveling with children, we were looking forward to using the pool, which unfortunately was not open during our stay. While that was a bit disappointing, the hotel itself was very nice and exceptionally clean. We stayed in a suite that was spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was the bathroom door—it didn’t lock and, although it slid shut, it would gradually open again on its own.

I like the price and the room was nice

We had a nice stay. The breakfast was OK. My only complaint would be that if the pool is going to be closed for scheduled maintenance, that it would be noted prior to booking. My four kids were bummed that they couldn't swim. Had we known before, we could have arranged for better plans.
