Amazing woman at the front desk with fantastic suggestions for dining! She was also very empathetic to my situation as I am having a difficult time with my seasonal alllergies.

Breakfast: simple yet enough. No water in fountain in exercise room. 75$ pet fee too steep c/w others in the area

I have stayed at other Home 2 Suites that are great properties. There was a man on the staff who saved the day for me whose name is Keneil. I was so grateful for his help in getting a different room room after an outrageously bad experience with both the front desk woman as well as the woman who was manager. As I tried to check into my room with 2 queen beds I was told they only had single rooms available. I made my reservation online in January- 3 months in advance. Over the phone the manager stated that she was far away but would work on it at 7am the NEXT DAY!!! I was checking in for the night at 6pm! Very rude & unprofessional interaction with both her & the front desk worker during attempted check-in. I was not not greeted at the front desk or even acknowledged. The woman just went & hid to call the manager multiple times. She appeared to have been drinking & very out of it. Worst experience I have ever had as an adult at ANY hotel- EVER!!! I ended up at a different hotel but the charge is still on my credit card which I had to dispute to remove. AND they OVER CHARGED my credit card- almost double the rate! Pathetic & incompetent.

The people above us stomped on the floor every night from Thursday until Monday night. We could hear them non stop from about 7pm until around 11 pm as if they were walking laps back and forth in the room above us. It was pretty miserable. We complained to the front desk but they just said we are not making any noise and nothing was done. It sounded like they were dropping things - rolling the chair back and forth - and jumping from the bed to the floor or walking back and forth with boots on. I’ve never stayed in a hotel before that had so much noise from the room above us.

Pet friendly

Terrible customer service no room ready and then the carpet was wet and the sofa was soaking wet.

Overall my stay was great, minor changes in the mattress, pillow, and cleaning could be improved
