The hotel and property is beautiful and there’s a guy who works hard to keep everything clean and straight HOWEVER, there was a strong sewer smell around the property and it would be so strong in the morning . I hated waking up to the smell of sewer and I definitely did not pay or sign up for that. I also did not like that housekeeping comes every other day , we are a somewhat big family so it was hard not having the room cleaned daily. The overnight customer service was also a little wanting, it felt as if we were bothering the customer service rep whenever we approached the desk.

The room was great. Coffee waa available most of the time in the lobby. Only disappointing thing was we wanted coffee before our flight, and it was not available tho it was 4am.

We tried to take a shower when we got there and their was no hot water. No matter what we tried there was still no hot water. Called the front desk and they said they would get on it. Woke up the next morning, still no hot water. We thought we were doing something wrong but were not that slow.

Stayed 3 nights and never got housekeeping services, no fresh towels or linen and we even asked for it specifically. They never came. Had to go to the desk for extras and they gave me a hard time about it.
