Management at the hotel was great, caring, compassionate and hardworking. I appreciate the assistance they provided to my family after a scheduling mix up.

Hotel’s policy on not having housekeeping, clean room on each day of guest stay. Stay was for a Friday and Saturday night 5-2-25 and 5-3-25. Room was not clean Saturday and was told by front desk person and showed signage stating: hotel only clean hotel rooms every other day. Room was clean on arrival Friday. In addition, price for room at least $100.00+ extra per night due to Purdue Global University graduation on Saturday 5-3-25. Thus I paid two nights and second night was stuck with in an unclean room.

I didn’t stay,pool was down and that was our reason for going,I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been 6 days

Night clerk was not at all friendly or welcoming, breakfast was not at all good, offered very little and everything was dry and tasteless. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and spacious, hotel was easy to access and there were plenty of parking spaces. Overall not a terrible experience but honestly would probably stay elsewhere if i returned.

No one came to my room to take towels garbage or make the bed

Pretty nice place and suites. Well designed with nice spacious rooms and features. Love the space. One issue, though it's minor, but they should have bathroom doors locks, it's missing that throughout, which is very surprising. Staff was friendly, I reported there was not lamp shade on one of the lamp in the room, they fixed it promptly. I would recommend this place!

Overall - we enjoyed the stay - plenty of additional space in the room and the lobby had great seating options. The TV channels were a plus - as they had the Tennis Channel. :-)

When I made the reservation, I didnt realized that i picked your location(Lafayette) instead of the one at West Lafayette. When i called your location, spoke to Amelia and informed her that we're going to be checking in late,she just said its ok and that was it. When we arrived at the hotel and as we're checking in,I noticed that my bill was not the same amount that it was when i booked it, I asked her why and told her that when i made the reservation the rate wasn't that much. She said I booked the hotel thru a third party which is expedia thats why the rate is high. Im like annoyed, I was going to show her the email that i have when i made the reservation but my husband stop me as he's already tired and doesn't want to deal with her. So we just decided to go with the expensive rate that she charged us and left the counter. She didnt say anything at all,not even thank you or whatever. Never again.

friendly staff

Wet welcoming and friendly staff. Clean and specious room, great fitness room and pool.

TV was broken, and was not repaired during my stay. The place looks clean, but there are signs that management doesn’t care to maintain it. The grab bar in the shower was loose as well.

The room has plenty of space and storage. The cleanliness could’ve been better. Crumbs and hair found on bed and in shower, bathroom and under desk in room. More attention to detail regarding cleanliness would have been preferred.

We were visiting my daughter at Purdue and the good price and proximity of the hotel to her church and shopping and food was great. We really enjoyed the studio suite. Could use more pillows but the room was very comfortable

Overall a bit more shopworn than other Home2Suites we’ve used. Breakfast hours on Saturday are 7-10 PM. We got to breakfast at 930 and almost everything was gone/not being refilled. Room was clean so not a bad place to stay.

Front desk staff top notch; good-sized pool for girls to swim; unbelievable hot breakfast bar with SO many options; huge room with at least 20 feet of countertop to store things on not to mention lots of drawers; full-size refrigerator; clean/modern bathroom with comfy towels. Will definitely start staying at these properties when an option.
