de verdad quede muy inconforme con la entancia en el hotel, tuve una reservacion el dia 13 hasta el 15 de abril, llegando encontre la habitacion en lmal estado, cabellos de mujer en el baño en el piso en las gabetas, notifique a recepcion y enviaron a limpiar y quedo igual de sucia, luego la energia era deficiente, no logre cargar mi celular en los tres dias que reserve, porque ya habia reservado para el dia 15 al 16, eran 3 noches que pase, el dia martes en la mañana fui a recepcion a cancelar la reservacion, me dijeron que no, ya con la experiencia que me lleve ya no queria estar en el hotel, la señorita que me atendio de dijo que me quedara, que la estacia de ese dia me salia totalmente gratis, cosa que no fue asi, me debitaron de mi tarjeta, le hice saber el caso a ustedes y esta es hora que no me han solucionado, de verdad tuve una muy mala experiencia alla.

It was very conveniently located near tourist areas. The pool could’ve been bigger also the breakfast was bland.

Check out is 11. At 8 am the cleaning crew parked their cleaning carts on either side of our door and stood in the hallway for 90 minutes waiting for us to leave.

Shower was not hot.

Our stay was only one night, but check in was was quick and efficient. Same with checkout. Very clean. My only complaint was a loud mechanical unit outside that was very loud, from another room it seemed, that kept me awake. The pillows were way soft, and so was the bed. But, some people like it that way. Overall, good experience.

This place is not worth the price . I have videos of rats in our stuff at 11pm , there are homeless people all along the side of the hotel . Parking is $60 a day . People in the lobby talking to walls . GHETTO

There was a strange odor in my room that made me slightly nauseated. I could also feel the bed springs.

I was very impressed with this hotel given the location. There was a broken lampshade in my room, but other than that, I was very impressed. The pool was closed for maintenance and when we travel for cheer, it's the one and only thing the girls look forward to so that was a downside. Parking was pretty expensive for a 24-hour period, but it was very conveniently located. Loved that you had Tru Fru in the lobby! The girls went crazy over that. The staff was beyond amazing! Thank you.

Conveniently located. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was generous and in-room amenities were sufficient. Unfortunately there was a huge cockroach in my room and staff were unable to remove it, but did helpfully offer to switch my room. The pool was out of service.

I wish hotels would tell you in advance when their pool isn’t open. If people ask during reservations and express it’s important it would be nice if they can post on the webpage or somewhere that it isn’t. Many families were disappointed this weekend, having been in for long day competitions that little siblings would have a place to let off energy once we got back to the hotel. Happens to us all the time—but otherwise a cute stay!

Great location. Front desk, front security and housekeeping were friendly and nice. Hotel needs updating! In room 429, I opened the door to the smell of dog. The bed mattresses were old and worn. They crunched when you sat down on them! I just closed by eyes and tried not to think about what I was lying on. The towels were worn, dingy and frayed. Black scum on outside of shower near floor corner. Shower floor was sticky from soap scum. Microwave was updated, but did not work. Nice refrigerator. I paid $722.91 for three nights. I would not recommend this hotel.

We did not have hot water on our shower. It was lukewarm at best.

Very good hotel In the heart of Philadelphia plenty of shopping nearby and the hotel is secured over night. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Continental breakfast was very good as well
