Very clean, easy check in/out. Staff were nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean.

The smoke detector in the bedroom has a strobe light that flashes every few seconds and it is placed directly over where your head lies on the bed at night. It is so bright you can see it through your eyelids. Additionally, NOBODY wants a barn door on the bathroom so that you get to share your bathroom experience with your travel companions.

Expedia Change our reservation without us informing, i paid more on my reservatiob to get the nice room, but expedia their self change it, im glad the hotel did a great job on giving us the room that we really booked, next time i will booked directly to the hotel property than expedia!!

Here are the things we didn’t like: 1. Toilet wouldn’t flush water down 2. Pool was out of service 3. Room was damaged in various places, which made us nervous we were going to be blamed 4. Kids were above us jumping around (walls are thin)

Very clean and roomy. Nice amenities . Only wish was that the pool was warmer.

It was easy for us becouse ou location.. The king size bed is very hard, we use a firm at home but this mattress is super firm.

This is a very nice option in Richmond, Indiana. Nice spacious room with a small kitchenette and a sofa.

The pool didn’t work. The internet was out for a month. The staff was very rude. If someone was wanting to use the pool they had to go outside in the cold and go the the Holiday Inn and use the pool. I will never stay at this Motel and I will tell others

Power was out upon arrival but staff was professional and prepared. When power returned staff quickly provided keys and met all customer needs.

I had an awful experience at Home2 Suites Hilton, booked through Expedia. I reserved a room with two beds, but when I arrived late at 11:40 PM on September 26, I was given a room with just one bed. I was traveling with someone else, so this was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff had the audacity to hand me bed sheets and towels and told me to make the bed myself. Really? At that hour? I expected better service, especially from a brand like Hilton. If you value your sleep and comfort, steer clear of this place. They need to improve their employee training and customer service. Very disappointed

Home2 Suites has become our favorite place to stay. It has great accommodations for a family.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were a little disappointed at the minimal hot breakfast selection, though what was available was great!
