From the front desk to the cleanliness of the room to the courtesy of the staff to the cleanliness of the pool I’ve stayed there a couple times by myself and intend to go back in future times I’ve been to a few Hilton properties. This one is definitely the best and if you are traveling to Saint Augustine, don’t even bother going to the one in town. Just use the one at exit 318. You will not be wrong. Keep up the good work and service

I enjoyed my stay at Home2 suites, however, I was disappointed for my last day check out when I had to take cold shower before leaving because the warm water was not working. I called the help desk and I was told to wait 30 minutes for maintenance person which I couldn’t do that because of my flight.

I was not able to use my hotel.col credit card witch I was planning on using it for this trip and I probably won’t get any reward points. Rooms where nice but not cleaned well, I found some pills (Tylenol and Morrin ) under the bed from previous tenants. We only got our room cleaned once and had barely any toilet paper or enough towels in our room so we had to ask for more.

Memorial weekend, family wanted to grill out. The hotel grills did not work. Had some assistance from front desk, but nothing they could do to fix it. After 45 minutes of tinkering and guessing they were only able to say sorry but not much consideration for accommodations for the lack of function of amenities. When checking out, the morning shift associate at front desk wasn’t able to refund anything because it was through a 3rd party. However, they said it was possible to contact the 3rd party to get refund but they really didn’t want to put any effort into that process. Overall it was fair. Just don’t expect much.
