I especially loved the large refrigerator, sink area n spacious counter tops. Excellent for families.

Very clean and recently renovated rooms. Had a regular sized refrigerator as opposed to a tiny dorm fridge. There was, as well, a counter top with sink beside fridge. However, the sink had yet to be hooked up for use. Overall I was pleased. It's a step in the right direction and hopefully the cost of upgrade will keep the type of people out who previously decreased the property value.

Sean/Shawn “I apologize for spelling at the front desk is an awesome man. Five stars service amidst the renovation and opening up the pool. All I cared about was 2 things. A Ice Cold room & Accepts dogs.

This looks nothing like the photos. It seems like it’s a place for people who are displaced. The staff tried to be considerate until they weren’t. People smoking all throughout the premises couldn’t go to the pool as smokers were there. Room smelled like piss when moved room smelled like an old apartment. I rather sleep in my car at a rest stop then this place

The hotel was not clean at all. The room had hair on the walls of the shower as well as the toilet/sink. The towels were dirty, as well.

Didnt provide but 1 roll of toilet paper and had to askfor another and only got one time change of towels . We bought some for our stay there so recommend if staying for more than 1 night come prepared ...bring your own. Carpet in room very dirty.

Didn’t enjoy my stay, I needed towels and they had none. So I had to go to target and purchase some. The microwave was dirty, the tub was stained, it was hard pushing the soap dispenser, I also brought soap to bathe. There was noise from other people arguing .

So disappointing. Advertised 2 queen beds. Beds were full size. AC sounded like a jet engine when turning on throughout the night. Walls are paper thin so a lot of explaining to do to the kids. When explaining to the staff our concerns they argued with us about how we should be happy we have one of the best rooms there. We checked out without a refund just to get out of there!

My Non-smoking room reeks of smoke. Informed the front desk about the heavy smell of smoke and they just said it’s a non smoking room. Bed sheets are very old and have holes in them. Light above sink does not work. I would suggest staying somewhere else.

When i got there I had to
?pay my deposit in cash and I felt uncomfortable with that but I did get it back in cash without them even checking the room.The heat wasn't working properly.I was not happy with this experience.

The person checking us in was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room had trash all over from a previous guest/s. We asked for extra towels for the next morning and found a pile of clean but wet towels in a pile. The sheets had cigaret burns and the hall smelled like a cow pasture.

I want a refund for this, there was blood on the bathroom floor, mold in the vents, bugs on the floor, everything was dirty, checked in the room and then immediately left, this was beyond ridiculous, this hotel should be removed off of Expedia. I want a refund

The staff was very friendly, but the other guests were very loud- the hallways did not smell good and someone was smoking and we had a non-smoking room but the smoke carried down the hallways- very disappointing.
