The room was in credible- everything and more was included in the rooms. The staff was very friendly and courteous and would always answer our questions.
My only complaint for our stay was the heat was deleted from our thermostat. So on a 40 degree night we had no heat. Front desk immediately brought us up a blanket which helped a little bit. Overall other than the first night, it’s a beautiful place to stay!

Location had adequate restaurants within a block & a half; Chinatown with more restaurants was within easy walking distance. Safeway across the street. Metro was a 10 minute, easy walk giving access to downtown. Safe and quiet area for women to be in at night.

I chose this hotel because on thier website it side limited onsite parking....there is no parking. You have to find street parking or valet park. Which is $55 with $9.90 tax. The hotel was nice and the rooms very spacious. I never made it down to breakfast. The hotel sits on the corner so its kinda easy to miss.

I’m super impressed with the property. Amazing and kind front desk staff. Clean and large room. Walkable to the Capital One Center. Parking on the property is expensive but we used a near by parking garage for much cheaper. Would stay again

The staff there were friendly but my hotel room needs new furniture and new appliances. The headboard was worn out, the burners on the stove top were dirty and burned severely. I went down for breakfast and the selection was horrible. No waffle maker as I suspected it would be. It was basically like a grab and go selection, I declined and grabbed breakfast elsewhere. Parking was 55$ but I lucked up with finding street parking.

My stay there was interesting the room was pretty and clean. I came in to the room and saw welcome and my name on the television which was adorable but, there were no batteries in the remote to turn the television, no towels for all of my family in the bathroom, and no body wash in the bathroom. I received points as an I apologize for the issues weeks after my stay because of the holiday

Nothing special. Was expecting a little nicer. Reserved with chase credit card. Forgot to take that credit card and they would not use card on file so gave them discover card when checked in. They charged both credit cards full amount of stay and I haven’t been able to talk to a manager to get resolved. Very frustrating.

Great location close to convention center , Safeway right across the street with Starbucks inside . Restaurants close by and many food choices to pick from . China town within walking distance . Hotel had complimentary breakfast it wasn’t the best , bland food , but I wasn’t there for that . Housekeeping was Great had kitchen, fridge ,dishes . Had a room with balcony which I was able to sit outside while it snowed . Hotel staff friendly and helpful . I would definitely stay here again ! Thank you Hilton

Everything was fine, maybe don’t put breakfast away at 9:30 when you say it is open until 10am, some of us are on a different time zone, everything else was just fine
