This was our first stay at a hotel with our dogs and the property worked out great! It needs updates here and there but what property doesn’t. They had plenty of area for the dogs to potty and then the walkway around the lake was perfect in the morning before we got back in the car. Highly recommended for dog owners!

Service and breakfast were good. I enjoy having the separate room of the suite, but the whole room needs updating(grout is cracked and breaking, kitchen cabinets and baseboard are very worn). When we arrived, the toilet was broken but the hotel quickly fixed it.

We always stay at your hotel when we come to Wichita Falls Tx. This was a disaster Friday morning asked for a sheet change, that did happen after two requests. They did come & changed sheets. They did not even give us new towels, they also failed to empty garbage. Room was not cleaned.
We love your hotel, but you failed us on this trip. Also realized we left one of pillows , i hope you can save it for us.

Our hotel room was clean. The view from the windows was gorgeous. We enjoyed a walk around the lake each day. Breakfast was hot and appetizing. The servers were pleasant and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic 2 day stay.

The staff was above and beyond friendly! Hotel is in a safe part of town and the area around is very nice. The room and overall hotel is in good shape. Our room had alot of dust in the room, the lights, mirror and closets.
