Hotel 365 Bronx

It’s the Bronx it’s as good as it can get

The hotel is good if you are smoking person i not a smoker person my was not smoking but you can smell inside

This place was horrible to stay at.

Everything was fine overall but I left my gold necklace in my room and called a couple hours after I left and they claimed they didn’t find it but for sure I left it on the bed so I’m sure staff stole it.

They did not provide me soap or anything that can be used for body wash. I went to the receptionist to request but the guy said they don’t have any soap.

Over all decent place to stay. Close to trains clean rooms WiFi working air conditioning. Nice staff.

That area is a pretty decent part of The Bronx. The place was decent and very quiet. It’s a convenient place

Ghetto, smoke detector was covered with plastic, low maintenance, 1 hanger provide, no water offered, shower water was cold. T.v. only offered login service fo netflix. Neighborhood sketchy and hotel residents.

AC wasn’t working, property was dirty.

Big noise

The staff the front desk some cool but they get irritated to call someone else to get stuff for you like I’ll tip the maids. At this point and I come here a lot it’s sad that the staff make or break the hotel no matter how some what decent it is

I loved it

This is definitely one of the cleaner hotels I’ve been to in the bx. Others have terrible hygienic conditions but the room we had was really nicely cleaned and very spacious. Also, concierge at night saw I left my purse in the lobby and proceeded to go out of his way to keep it safe. Super nice guy.

While the hotel was a short walk to the subway and the parking was free, which was nice, there were some issues with our stay. There was little to no hot water in the shower, the fridge in our room did not close, and, though we were given a new room because of the water, the lights in the second room were attached to the outlets closest to them, meaning that turning the lights off also turned off the outlets and prevented them from use at night. Overall, it was a fine stay, though I don’t envision myself staying here again.

too loud.walls are too thin. non smoking level had a terrible stench. price is too high for the experience i had.
