Exactly what we needed for a few days during a vacation. Bigger than any ither hotel room I've been in in NYC. The room and hallways had some visible wear and tear. The bed was comfy and we had no issues.

wonderful view for the premier king room! everything was very clean. the lighting in the room is minimal at night, could have a little more ambiance. i know mini bars are notoriously spendy, but $8 for a 12oz bottle of water? i think if you have a hotel in an area where the tap water isn’t drinkable, bottled water should be cheaper!

It’s a fun location to stay. Especially if you like the lower east side. The windows are problematic though. They don’t close properly. We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always the same issue. But the staff are awesome so it makes up for it.

Included breakfast was quite bad: very limited choice, dry bagels, paper cups, plastic utensils, etc. all served in a bar. the room was clean and, for NY, of comfortable size.

We got charged for making room in the fridge for our own leftovers (despite putting everything back where we found it). We were also on the 14th or 15th floor below Mr.Purple which resulted in not being about to sleep until the club closed around 2AM. Would not recommend simply based off the greedy nature of being charged to use a fridge in our room.

This was our third/ fourth time staying at this hotel. And it was the first time we got a room right under their club. Would never again stay on floor 12. The music is very loud and the pounding from the steps/ dancing made it seem like the ceiling would cave in. Never get a room on the 12th floor

My favorite hotel in LES. Perfect location, close to everything, so many food and entertainment options within feet. The staff is lovely and very helpful. Rooms are also very spacious and comfortable.

The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size but there was excessive noise from the street and club above. There was a dirty towel in our room and the toilet didn’t flush well.

Amazing experience and location! The rooms are really roomy, and the hotel service was great! I loved the view from the hotel room, and there was even a desk to work out of. Great amenities as well :) Definitely going to stay again!
