Room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast dining area was clean and well supplied. We enjoyed the pool area as well.

The neighborhood was very quiet and I felt safe when staying for my weekend trip! Also loved that there was gated parking for overnight which makes safety more secure! All staff was nice and understanding with any questions I had. Overall, I enjoyed my time there!

There was a fire the first night of our stay. Which was in the hallway near our room, which we were woken up at 3am because of knocking on our door and the fire alarm going off. We sat outside for waiting to go back in, which no one was hurt and the fire was handled. Our floor was Smokey and we could not go back to sleep because of the smell. That was my only complaint and when I checked out the girl at the desk informed me since I booked with a 3rd party, I can contact them.

The shower/bath tub was broken; the front desk had no solution… the assistant manager was not going to available; all they had to was give me a room to shower so I could go to my meeting. Can not believe a hotel and picture did not match. For a moment I thought I was in national lampoon movie with chubby chase.

It was happened to my family. When the A.C and the door were broken, the Front desk staff were not solve and did not connect to Manager. We were waiting 2 days and just received the answer Manager was not here. You can email to him . That’s all .
And you know the email Front desk gave to me it was wrong. It failed to send . Never .. never come back
