Smoking and non smoking rooms,free parking machine,vending machine (it even had magnum condoms lol) shower was very nice. Will definitely stay again.

I had previously looked at the reviews online so i was a bit overwhelmed. But my personal experience was well I stayed for 2 nights the pictures are the exact same as shown on the website. It was good for the Bronx is what i would say and it’s right next to the train !

Very nice stay the workers were very kind my 1st room looked exactly like the picture the second room had slight damages but weren’t really noticeable but overall good stay especially for the price only down was the slight smell of cigarettes but that’s all of NY really 😩definitely recommend if you have budgets

Worst place I've ever stayed at. The 2 guys of indian descent working at the front desk were very rude. My wife and i ask to have 2 room keys and they kept malfunctioning to the point we had to go to the front desk multiple times to get our room key programed. The room smelled terrible and the bathroom sink would not drain. The toilet paper that was there was less than a quarter of the roll. footprints n shoe prints were in the shower. We decided to check out a day early because we couldn't bare to stay another day in that place. The indian guys that were behind the counter came to our car n got aggressive asking us why we chose to leave. I said for our own reasons n he started getting aggressive intil i told him im a Gov't official take it easy. Also the parking lot dont have enough space for the rooms they sell so they will tell u to go look for parking in the streets.

My stay was ok, i didn't like that the room smelled like cigarettes, and the bathroom sink was clogged and the water was slowly going down. I did ask the front desk if the rooms smelled like cigarettes and he lied and told me no, i left there with my cloths smelling like cigarettes.

They gave me a smoking room when I asked for non smoking. The noise level outside the room was awful, I didn’t sleep at all. There was hair in the shower and dirt on the bathroom floor so clearly had not been cleaned properly
