Hotel Pergola JFK Airport

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was in a jam and had to take it at short notice. Its very expensive.. asked for an extra cover..never got it. Place dirty. Noisy. Just dint take it...!!!

The place was stinking and people loitering around strangely. Walking up to you. Environmental very uncomfortable including screaming. Bathroom shower curtain has mold in it. And the curtains bottom was dirty I could on and on. It’s a motel . The microwave don’t even get me started. Not an hotel. Please change the name for ppl who come to newyork for the first time seeking for good hotel close to the airport. I was up all night due to screaming around. It’s terrible for &118 dollars

Always a decent place to stay for an affordable price. Employees are always helpful. Location is close to transportation.

Bedroom comforters cigarette burn holes and melted. Towels n wash clothes received with body hair attached to it and stains. Bed sheets stains. Room ac not functioning and no choice but to stay in those conditions under duress due to property does not refund. So stay or lose the money. Most stressful stay anywhere.

I got here a lot my second home

Do not recommend at all, maybe just for a single day, if that. First night, in the basement with only red light bulbs working, so I couldn't see a thing, then I moved to a room where the windows did not close all the way. Asked for the room to be cleaned, and or the window to be open, nothing Overall, a nightmare. Hotels.com was no help, requested to cancel the other nights, but wouldn't help. Likely the last time we use their service at as well.

The stay was terrible place wasn’t clean no parking wasn’t worth the money at all

Hôtel tout simplement sale, le ménage n’est pas bien fait et le lobby a une mauvaise odeur et ça sent le cannabis et autres odeur. Les sofas sont très sales. J’ai eu un en chambre très sales au début et j’ai demandé à être changé de chambre ou cela était plus ou moins. Les serviettes sont mal lavées. On y retrouve cheveux, taches. Bref je ne retournerai pas à cet hôtel. Qui devait d’ailleurs être classé motel. J’ai constaté que les 10/10 en commentaires proviennent de la place mais pas des clients car il n’y a rien de 10/10 dans ce lieu. Est situé à 13 min de marche de la ligne J. Terminus 179th Jamaica avenue

The property is well grown but I needed to see microwave in the rooms and telephone so I don't have to step out of the room

This property is not even a motel. Place is super dirty.
