We enjoyed our two night stay very much at this hotel. Front desk person was welcoming and explained everything clearly. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, very clean. I really liked the fact that there was no carpeting in the hall or in the room so that makes it feel very clean, you know somebody washes those floors. I liked it so much I have already made reservations for another stay this year.

We were here for shopping & fun. Our stay was luxurious & vibrant with service! From Day 1 everyone treated us so well. Any questions were answered quickly & directions were given efficiently. I would stay here again. Nice walk to Macy’s , so much fun!

This hotel was perfect for us. It’s in a great location and we walked to everything we went to. The gym had what I needed to work out. The bed was comfortable. Everyone we talked to at the hotel was very friendly. The elevators can take some time to get between 8am and 9:30. Be patient, they have 48 floors.

Extremely rude and argumentative front desk, who didn’t take the time to listen to their guests. We were unaware of the policy stating all guests needed to have ID available during registration (and one of ours were lost during travel), so we were refused a room at check-in and sent out to find another hotel at the last minute. We have stayed at 100+ hotels and have never seen this policy before, so it should be explicitly stated somewhere so people know (because life happens and sometimes things get lost before travel!). I would not recommend this property to anyone, and not because of that policy, but because of how rude, uncaring, and argumentative the front desk was. We left in tears after a very long travel day, but thankfully found another hotel property at the last minute who were kind and extremely helpful! Even gave us a free upgrade! So I recommend looking elsewhere for your NYC vacation.
