Several items in the room did not work. We were unable to take a bath as the shower/faucet release did not work. The shade could not be pulled down. The lights at the desk were not working and upon us moving the equipment we were able to get them working. No coffee maker, no microwave. Think they need to consider evaluating all rooms for working condition

This was an great stay. Sherral at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable. The staff was present and kept the grounds clean. The location is in a nice area with everything you need within walking distance.

Easy check in, friendly staff. Parking on a weekend was difficult bc lot is shared with area businesses and there was a tailgating event. I utilized the basement gym, which was great bc the area wasn't ideal for running or jogging at night. The hotel has been remodeled in the Hilton style, but remains very dark and dated. My room needed at least 3 more light fixtures if you wanted to work or read.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Nice sheets and different densities of pillows which was great. No bottled water free in rooms. There was a bar next door that attracted lots of young people outside in the parking area at night. I found a wire tool to unlock car doors lying on the parking lot. Not sure it was the safest place at night. There are only 2 elevators for this 6 floor hotel. In the mornings, you do have to wait for the elevator quite a bit because even the cleaning crew uses these elevators with their carts. No coffee makers in the rooms at all. There was a coffee dispenser in the lobby just on the last day that I stayed there. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

The Westport hotel provides clean, but spartan accomodations. The room does not have a microwave or coffee pot, there is no free breakfast, and the parking lot is shared with a rowdy bar.

The front desk never picked up as well as not knowing how to quickly make a keybfor the room it's as tho she is unfamiliar with how the systems work in addition she couldn't propmtly provide a hardcopy zero balance statement

Good central location, free parking, and great staff.

Staff was great but motorcycles racing outside on most nights until 1-2 in the morning. Management may want to ask for more patrols.

Not a great hotel, but I chose it because it was cheap. The area outside is a little scary. The staff were friendly but not very helpful.

Property was excellent. Lighting in the room and bathroom was dimmer than I like. Bring your own lighted makeup mirror

Thev rooms are spacious and new. The staff friendly. This is just 10 minutes from the best of KC

The room was lovely and comfortable. Some staff were helpful and some were dismissive. The area was within walking distance of many terrific restaurants and bars. The parking lot seemed a little scary but we didn't have any problems.

It's close to alot of things in the neighborhood.

The only thing I thought that could be improved in the room is that it seemed that the room needed more light... Lakeva, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in solving a problem we had with Orbitz - they hadn't properly gotten our confirmation information transmitted to the hotel. We were very thankful for her help and diligence
