This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a hotelroom. There was bedbugs inside the pillowcases. I saw two of them. I would NOT recommend anybody staying here, especially if you don’t want bedbugs. It’s a very disgusting place. I paid for two days and had to check out and they did not reimburse me. Very unprofessional and not respectable, I can’t believe they didn’t reimburse me after I paid two days and the bedbugs were not my fault, this was almost unbelievable to be frankly honest. So me and my family had to find another hotel that night on the other side of the freeway at the sleep Inn, at 2 o’clock in the morning it was so frustrating, it literally killed the whole vibe of taking a vacation. Easy to book and check in.

Surprisingly nice stay! Worth the money!

There were no bath towels in the room. No instructions for calling the front desk. I booked an accessible room but it definitely wasn't. The front desk person was not helpful when I asked about places in the area that would deliver food. He said "Use Door Dash". There was a horrible smell in the hallway, most likely someone smoking marijuana out there. All in all, it was very disappointing.

The floor in our room was so dirty if you walked barefoot your feet would turn black. The shower curtain was too long and dingy and yellow on the bottom. When trying to get in through the “A” entrance we had to use a key but the key would get bent after having to use multiple attempts for it to unlock. Then your key would be too bent to use on your room door.

Dirty rooms/ hotel. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY

The floors in the room were dirty, and the beds were a little questionable. There was a lot of noise late into the night including blaring televisions at 3 am.

We were given a dirty room upon check in. There was no effort made to rectify the situation. We were refused a refund. We ended up having to get a new reservation at a different hotel.

This was an absolute nightmare. This should be a ZERO STAR. I showed up to this hotel on 4/25/25. The first room they gave me, the door didn’t open (we tried 3 times). Second room they gave me, it was 90 degrees, dirty, beds were slept in, trash and dirty towels all over (the iron was on). The third room they gave me- the room didn’t have a mattress and was not clean. The fourth room they gave me had people in it!!! When I went to the office the last time, the front desk person- who is not a nice person, told me that he didn’t have anymore rooms for me. I asked for my money back and he said there was NO REFUND! It has been 5 days, still don’t have a response from the manager (who you have to email). The next day I called and another employee answered, I told him the story and I asked if they have cameras, he goes, yes we have cameras, why do you want to know that. I said because I am writing a statement to my lawyer to get my money back! He goes, oh is that a threat, we don’t have to do business together anymore. HA- I told him you already took my money for ZERO service!!!! All I want is my money back. I paid for two nights, I had children with me and it was very traumatic. There is so much more to the story but these are the biggest parts! **DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL** I also filed a report with the police department, my bank and all parties involved. Next is my lawyer to get my money back.

I booked this reservation because of location of my golf tournaments I was competing in. Then I go to relax and the hot tub was not working properly. This made me pretty upset that I booked here.

Really cannot begin to describe the horror that is this hotel… after sending us on a rat race for a room, which we paid for at check-in, that included a room that could not be accessed due to keypad issues, a room with no mattress, a room that had a searing hot iron on while being totally disheveled, a room that was occupied, they finally told us “We don’t have any more rooms”. We then asked for our money back and the unhelpful, unprofessional, super rude desk attendant said, “We have a no refund policy, you’re taking this personally”. When we called the next day to try and reach a manager, another unprofessional desk attendant said, “Haven’t you heard of a day off, the earliest someone will get back to you is Monday.” So now we wait to see what will be done, while the pending charge for a room we never received in a filth pit of a hotel, sits on my recent credit card activity. Wyndham needs to get their name off this hotel.

Dirty room poorly staffed

The moment we got in the room I knew I wanted to leave. It was filthy. The tv remote was covered in a crusty substance, the bathroom was dirty, there was mold/mildew on outlets. We were hollered at by homeless people on the parking lot. Then, upon returning to our room the night we checked in, the entire building smelled like fentanyl.

Booked last minute, so I guess I get what I paid for. Truly out dated inside and out. When we walked into our room the smell hit you. It smelt like my grandmas old oil that she never changes out of her frier. Not to mention the trash left from the last person who stayed in the room. Or the clumps of hair in the shower from whomever. Tv turned on but didnt work. Breakfast was disgusting. The 2 employees I interacted with looked like they didn't want to be there. Everyone has bad days I guess but just rude and not helpful. Pillows were hard as a rock and small. There was a AC unit in the wall only way to get it to cool down but made the room smell worse. Couldn't get the window open, not to mention it looked like the windows hadn't been cleaned in years. Fridge had mold in it. Pictures of the rooms are not what you're getting. Dont be fooled but this place.

We were in town for soccer tournaments, our overall stay was good, the beds were a bit hard and there was trash from previous guests under the bed. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Table had brown sticky stuff on it, hole in carpet, customer service took forever and they were rude

No heat, dirty, so old and outdated. A dump!

We enjoyed the room and comfy. Kids had fun time in the indoor pool. We arrived for breakfast at 9:04AM and nothing available because already thrown away. We thought breakfast ended at 10am.

The room given to us, as soon as you enter it, smells like cigarettes. Then when I used the bathroom, it was dirty! The toilet has something on it and the flush wasn’t working properly. We had to go back to the reception to request for a change of room. They upgraded us. But the flush of the toilet isn't working properly as well. If you are just staying a night in Billings, it’s okay.
