Pretty good. Missing parts for the microwave so it did not work correctly. Handles loose on the chair. Complaints about the resident next-door having a nine hour shower never was really addressed.

The staff was very nice and helpful. But as soon as I walked in the room I was greeted by a very unpleasant smell. Furniture was all distressed, the floor was dirty, and the ac also had a weird smell(filters need to be changed?)

Not very clean, needs to be upgraded, 3 towels for 4 people. Breakfast was very limited, juice machine out of order, room keys weren't properly working. Had to keep getting the keys, re-scanned. Had to pull on the handle in order for key to work. Overall, needs proper maintenence. Staff was nice though.

Property was not having working lights, front door very hard to close, restroom with no water from the wash basin. We were offered another room which was not ready. Then again offered another room which was having cigarette burn on the blanket and room with no network so we asked to give back the first offered room. During this change or from the property we lost one lugagge. When we reported the missing luggage but staff gave no importance. We requested to view CCTV but staff has no access only Owner has which we waited overnight and at last when we saw nothing happening we reported to police.

This hotel could use a renovation. The shower hot water went in and out. There was a courtyard/BBQ gathering place outside our room with other guest partying till after midnight. Quiet hours did not seem to apply at this hotel. The hot tub was out of service, microwave didn’t work in the breakfast bar and there was hair in our bathroom.
