Property is pretty run down. The front desk girls were all very very polite, happy, friendly. Hallways have stains on the floors, wallpaper peeling, trim falling off. I got in my room and the fromt desk called right away to ask how my room was. As i picked up the phone there was dog or cat hair all over it. Later that night i turned on the ac and noticed the baseboards around it were warped and had mold. If you need a semi cheap place to drunk crash you can get by but i wouldnt recommend bringing kids here.

Being a Wyndham property I expected more of the upkeep. From what I saw the hotel looked very dark and dingy. The room was ok, not especially dirty but more run down. All of the lamps in the room had broken switches and even the bathroom light looked like it was hanging. I was only there for one night so I just made the best out of it. The front counter staff was very friendly. But the place needs a upgrade.

While the staff was generally friendly the hotel is in poor shape. The beds were uncomfortable and the windows did not keep out the freeway noise. The rooms are old and outdated and I found bugs in the bathroom. Will not stay here again

I booked this room 1 week before arrival. At 10pm the night we were checking in, the front desk calls me to say they over booked and I'll have to look for a different hotel. At this point the surrounding hotels were double in price than what I paid. Most did not have availability. It was such a hassle to sort out after a very long travel day. The front desk offered not help or concern.

Run down hotel and older hotel. Stained carpet, dirty shower, night table. My husband woke up in the middle of the night with bed bugs. We left immediately and canceled the rest of our stay. Staff was apologetic and friendly. Manager was suppose to call, but never did.

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever spent in my life, to see it’s outdated. It is an understatement, so many stains in the hallways. The rooms have mold and water damage. Staff is racist and unprofessional, never would’ve imagined that I would have an experience like this

I’ve stayed here a handful of times for one night only. This hotel needs A LOT of updates. The lobby is beautiful but past that, everything is run down. Paint chips all over the walls. Stains on floors and walls. Not the comfiest of beds. No microwave or fridge in your rooms. The outside and parking looks sketch. I wouldn’t stay here with a family or more than 1 or 2 nights. Plus side, right by the 91 freeway and lots of food and shopping.
