The staff was nice. The room looked nice the floors were dirty. I like to take my shoes off and walk around as I unpack.
My feet got filthy in just the 15 minutes.

I am a platinum member. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I felt sick in the morning from the mold that covered the room. I was sneezing and my throat was and still is today.

There was a broken gutter above window air condition. It rained during the evening.Rain poured on conditioner causing loud rattle during storm. Fix the gutter.

This facility is poorly maintained. There is a clear lack of attention when cleaning, since there were still hairs all over the counter top in the bathroom. We had a leak in the room and woke up to the whole floor covered in water.

Good hotel for the money. Minimal breakfast. Bagels yogurt cereal fruit coffee juice.
Blowdryer didnt work. Desk supplied a replacement. Shower towel mat was wet which was weird. Also had to ask for a roll pf toilet paper as we only had a 1/4 roll upon arrival.All in all it was gooð for the money. Would stay again.
