Loved how beautiful and clean the hotel and room were! The bathroom was clean and beautiful. The included breakfast was delicious, and beautiful as well. We loved it here!!

The whole place was nice and clean and plenty of parking spots. The only downside is the city itself having real crappy roads.

We spent one night in East Moline and this is definitely the place to stay.
Enjoyed a good meal and lovely views in the 9th floor lounge and then enjoyed an after dinner walk along the mighty Mississippi.
Absolutely recommend this hotel.

We booked a King Suite with Kitchen and they gave us a basic room. Talked with the front desk and they claim they didn't have any of those rooms left. I looked, while we were there and it said they had 3 rooms. Wasn't happy about it at all.

Hyatt House gives the kitchen with everything including a fine kitchen island. Bed, bathroom, everything very good. We had the corner room 201 with a view. Even higher would be ideal, same corner…

Great location. Loved the river views with all the tall windows. Breakfast has a lot of options. Top floor lounge is very relaxing. The Hyatt house option is the best hotel layout I’ve seen. Perfect.

I had picked the wrong room on line and we needed a different type, with a kitchen in it. We fixed it at check in for $20.00 My mistake, easily fixed. It was was our anniversary, AND my wife's birthday.

The hotel is really nice and clean the staff are also nice and attentive. The breakfast quality was great they don't skimp on the food and the dining area is big amd clean. Pool is small for a big place but were unable to use the pool because they have to close it due to something. Although, the area is far from everything like fast food, convenience store, pharmacy and so on. But having the lake view waking up in the morning is the best part of our stay.

Hotel was really nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that the windows desperately need to be cleaned. The exterior of all windows were filthy and covered with spiders. I’m assuming this was a seasonal issue, but definitely needs to be addressed

Breakfast was great! Room was awesome and clean. Pool was fun but there were no towels. We asked and they said they had a ton of people use them the night before. An hour later we asked again as we had cold children needing towels. We were denied again. Two more parents asked the desk for towels. They were also denied.
After two rude employees, including the housekeeping manager, a different employee went to the towel room and loaded the pool cabinet with nice clean towels. There were cold wet freezing children walking to their rooms which could have easily been avoided.
