Hyatt Place Boca Raton/Downtown

The hotel has its own parking garage which is really convenient. There is a $25 per night parking fee for guests which needs to be included in the price or put up front so it’s not a surprise.

Great hotel, well definitely stay again the next time we’re in Boca Raton!

Beds were incredibly uncomfortable and hard. Woke up with back pain each day. No shower gel or conditioner in the shower. Sofa not comfortable either. Disappointing overall but worked for the 2 nights we were there.

If you with little kids don’t go there this is not hotel to go with kids ,charging Parking 25$ per night , and somehow they charged me 60$ for two nights ,next building over ,you got free parking found out to late ,never again

Hospitality and clean

The check in process was quick and seamless. The staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Beautiful pool on the 7th floor with a more than adequate gym. This was our 2nd time visiting and it wont be our last.

Clean and close to tennis facility nearby

Everything is great as I described but breakfast is bery limited reminds me covid time. Lack of variety of food.

The staff was amazing, we arrived at 1:30 am on Thursday the 24th. The gentleman working at the check-in desk was so nice and very helpful. Our room had issues with the air conditioning, the bathroom mirror light didn’t work, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall but the room and bed was nice. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast and a wonderful staff! Becky Workman

Worst hotel ever

During my recent stay at your hotel, I reported on the very first day that the bathroom mirror light was not working. I was told by the front desk that it required two engineers to replace the bulbs and that they would be available later that afternoon. However, when I checked in again that evening, I was given the same explanation, only one engineer was available. Unfortunately, this excuse was repeated each day for the duration of my stay, and the issue was never resolved. I had to do my makeup in poor lighting the entire time, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. On the second day, I was provided with a vanity mirror, but it also didn’t light up, although it did magnify, which helped only slightly. When I brought the matter to the hotel manager's attention, I was told that because I had booked through Orbitz, there was nothing they could do for me directly, and that I would need to file a complaint through your site. I found this response disappointing, as I expected the hotel to address maintenance issues regardless of how the reservation was made. Given this experience, I’m not sure I will book future trips through Orbitz, knowing that issues like this may not be properly addressed or resolved. This ongoing issue significantly impacted my stay and reflected a lack of follow-through on what should have been a simple fix.

Very nice place walking distance to so much! Pool was nice everything was good until 2nd night there and we had 2 fire alarms go off and I am disabled and on the 15th floor…the next morning we talked with management and it was handled very well and am happy with the outcome of our chat with them

I had been to this property before. Friendly front desk. Nice spacious room. Bed could have been a little more comfortable and I felt the A/C in the room was not consistent, but other than that I enjoyed the stay. Parking is reasonable ($25/day) which I feel is good for the area.
