Hyatt Place Busch Gardens

The Location of the hotel is convenient to USF. I took my daughter to visit colleges in Tampa. While we were there we want to enjoy the sunny city by the pool, unfortunately, that is not the case. In this incident, I was at the pool relaxing in the afternoon after a long day. There are two other families, one family with 2 young children and the other family with 3 young children. At the end of the pool there were10 teenagers that is not guest to the hotel enjoying the pool as well. Unfortunately, not in the peaceful way. They were jumping in the pool, throwing toys and using the skimmer to attack each other. They were running and chasing each other with pepper spray around the pool deck almost run me over. They were climbing over the fence, the furniture without considering little kids or other people around them. At the end, the pool area was trash, their sweatshirts and socks were in the pool, garbagewas everywhere and the pool was covered with the kid's toys that the hotel provided for the little kids to play and the furniture was all over the place. One of the family with 3 young children left the pool. Soon after, the staff came to the pool and talked to that group of kids. After the staff left, nothing changed.

Service was great, room was clean and well kept. The only issue we had were children running down the hallway at 5 in the morning. I would stay there again if in the area.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great variety and filling.

AC made the worst rattling noise ever. Couldn’t even turn it on

Honestly the hotel itself wasn’t bad. Not quite what I was expecting with the great rating. As others have mentioned the pillows are a joke. Literally 9x9 squares in a huge pillow case. Hot water took forever to get hot, and printer wasn’t working. What I was really taken aback by was the location. It’s right near train tracks that I don’t think are used anymore, due to the fact there was a pretty large homeless camp located there.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Hot drinks available in the lobby 24/7

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the room did have the extra room, but it was more of a wide open room and did not have upgraded features as I was anticipated. It was a basic room with an necessities that our family needed. It's just with the open space they could have utilized it better with maybe an extra couch in there. The breakfast is great and buffet style with hot good options and the bed and even the sofa bed was nice. Would stay again.

The customer service was great! But it’s a little older and not as nice as the pictures but still fine for a short stay.

Cleans and nice staff

We told the front desk attendant when checking in our plans to go to Sea World and he gave us a great room with an AMAZING VIEW of the best coasters at the park!!! Very spacious room and great breakfast and staff!!!

The hotel needs to be updated, my room had a foul smell, windows are old you can hear the noise from outside and I was in the third floor. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice. You have to pay for parking but any one from outside can get into the parking lot area and the parking lot doesn’t look safe.

Love the hotel, very clean and tthe staff is very helpful and professional.

The Wi-Fi never worked and you have to pay for parking. The area is not maintained and the rooms are nasty! This is by far the worst Hyatt I’ve ever stayed at. It looks like the brand bought a Super 8 motel and changed the name. Embarrassing!!!!!

The young ladies at the frint desk were so polite & welcoming. I didn’t like the licatiob of my initial room and they were able to relocate my room with no hesitation. I would definitely stay here again.
