Hotel room was clean. The main complaint I had was the toilet never stopped running and the wakman at the front desk when i checked in didn't really seem to know what she was doing. She kept trying to charge my card for the room stay even though i had already been charged. I had to show he my credit card statement and my receipt from hotels.com for her to stop. She tried to charge my card for the full stay 4 times before i was able to get her to stop. Thankfully i used a credit card and not my debit card or it would have ruined the entire trip. Other than that no problems with our stay.

The staff is friendly, but the room is not updated and it was dirty. I had dirty towels and an unclean shower in my room. When I arrived for breakfast, breakfast was not setup yet because it seemed they were running behind, so my only options provided at breakfast were fruit and oatmeal. The hotel location is convenient for being close to restaurants and the highway.

We enjoyed meeting Raj front desk agent very nice! Enjoyed seeing him nightly he would taks care of any issues he had power to do. But room service had to be requested 🙄 wasn't an automatic, room never swept, the employees sent did not speak english hard to communicate items we would like or needed, room a little dusty! Bed never made except for the night we arrived. So main rating only FAIR I always love to leave a room service TIP but it did not earn it is a hard job and they should know it's really appreciated when you comeback to a nice room clear of trash and bed nicely made . Just sayin we did appreciate the replacementof a new toiletpaper roll.

It’s a good location, close to a lot and easily accessible. Room was dirty unfortunately, the bathroom was extremely tiny had to walk in sideways to be able to shut the door. Overall, it just needs renovated. Staff was nice and our stay was pleasant and it served our needs.
