Love this place with plenty of affordable member, reasonable priced parking. Love how close it is to downtown, river restaurants and was able to walk. My only complaint and this is minimal are the slow elevators. I wish u could take the stairs to the ground, lobby floor. Unless I’m missing something

The rooms are so spacious and clean. The whole hotel felt expensive, even though the rates were decent. With all the things going on in Green Bay this weekend, I'm grateful they had availability. Pool area was very nice, including a small steam room and sauna. We didn't eat at the in-hotel restaurant, but my grandsons made use of the Marketplace grab and go items. There are several places close by in town to order food for delivery; the heat kept us from walking to them, except for the Pink Guava which we walked to twice. The staff was incredibly friendly. Really the only negative I can think of is that the elevators are a bit slow. Beautiful hotel, I will definitely stay there again.

Great place! Bed was comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Air conditioner was a little loud but kept up in hot and humid conditions.

Dated, not particularly clean. No fan control on HVAC, no ability to stream on TV, parking a hassle. Absolutely nothing special. Would not stay there again as there are way better "bang for the buck" places available.

Rooms were not ready at the 4:00 check in time and we waited in the lobby till after 5:00pm. Although I’m a Hyatt rewards member, they charged an additional $10.00 per day to park in their lot that did not have any open parking spots.

I like this hotel, second time staying here. Disappointed they don't do the breakfast buffet anymore. Attempted to take an evening swim in the pool after a long day of driving. There was what appeared to be an entire baseball team of boys who took over the pool, eventually there was hardly anywhere for us to swim. Meanwhile their parents just sat on the side of the pool drinking, did not bother letting the kids know to have some decency and respect for others in the pool and continued to let 13 kids line up and cannon ball in the pool on repeat. This is on the parents and not the hotel, the kids don't know better unless someone lets them know.

This hotel is the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Once you are in your room you don’t really hear doors shutting or people stomping above you like so many other hotels. It allows for a good night sleep. We could have used more than 2 wash cloths for a 3 night stay with 4 people and the parking is a bit frustrating. We were charged $10 a night for parking even though we couldn’t even park in the lot one night due to it being full! We enjoy this hotel but the parking over the 4th of July is super frustrating as anyone can come park in the lot regardless if they are a guest staying there. And the security guard could care less and was very rude about it, saying it wasn’t his problem and to just go park down the street.
