This was my first time staying here and I really liked it. It’s beautiful and the pond with fish inside was different than any other hotel I’ve been to. I would definitely recommend it to others!

Overall my experience was fine but they placed me on the second floor over the fitness center and as soon as the gym opened, someone in the weight room decided to work out and kept dropping the weights which made the entire floor vibrate. I had to ask to be moved to another room. Also, the lobby area is way too cold. Be sure to bring a sweater, even in the heat of the summer. Other than that, the hotel is nice.

I’ve stayed here a few times. My room was clean and comfortable. But, many of the outlets didn’t. Even after tripping the GFC outlet. My parents had a different room. Their A/C didn’t work.

love the hotel. we come to this one only when in Houston. A gold club member. This time we appeared to be on the old side of the hotel? Carpet in corridor coming up and I tripped over it. I don’t care for the older side of the hotel.

Loud noise in the room whenever the AC unit kicked off or on and concierge didn’t offer anything other than free coffee which I thought wasn’t acceptable considering my fiance and I couldn’t sleep all night due to the noise happening every 10 to 15mins. Everything else was great and I would stay again but you should be more accommodating in situations like that

There was an event going on when we arrived. The gates to parking were locked and there were cones blocking other entrances. No one was directing traffic and it was a mess. The lobby was very nice. The beds were fairly comfortable. The room smelled old and very musty. They need to put some sort of scent in the air vents to help with this. There was very little hot water. The man at checkout was friendly. Oh, and they charge $4.50 for plain, no brand coffee. They could very easily have something set up in the lobby for self serve coffee.
