The room I was in had cockroaches climbing all over the walls

Run down and dirty hotel. Holes in the walls.

The sign on the outside says a complete different name. There was trash in our hallway and trash can for hall was full!! Our toilet seat was bot put on properly! Went to do my laundry and the dryer never got Hot! Coffee in the room was gross. Breakfast was to go only with no option for a different drink for kids. They had homeless hanging out around the hotel!! We had no control of ac in our room

Get what you pay for. Mold and roaches. "Breakfast" is snacks and the pool is no longer maintained. But is right next to the expressway and REALLY cheap. If you need a place to sleep and only that, this will work. Also the staff was rather helpful.

The hotel was in far poorer conditions than the pictures implied, with portions of the ceiling missing in the entryway, stains in the bathtub, bugs were in our room, and when we arrived to our room we discovered that our door had been taped open so that our door wouldn’t latch shut ( we removed this immediately upon discovery).

Front desk was super nice, but the room had multiple live bugs in many locations, the floor was also incredibly dirty and had unknown substances stuck/dried into to the carpet. The bathroom was disgusting. This was honestly the worst hotel room I have ever step foot into. We stayed enough to take pictures and immediately left.

Stunk, everything was broken inside the room. They even had a sign of what things costed. You couldn’t get the sheets dirty or they charged. Don’t recommend staying

We checked into our room, showered and tried to go back to our car to get some things when the door handle broke off the room door. The night manager tried to switch us rooms but they had roaches. We started on floor 5, room was clean and no issues before the door broke. Floor 3 is a whole different story. Bugs, ruined carpet like there was a fire or something bad happened. He took us to 3 different rooms and they all had issues that we could not overlook. If you don’t mind a congregation of people in the parking lot or roaches this is a cheap place that’s convenient to the interstate.

My room had cockroaches and only scalding hot water in the shower. Don’t let the pretty lobby or decent customer service fool you, this is still a low quality place to stay.

They did not have a breakfast like you would think a hotel would. They do not have people who clean the hotel rooms. There’s a lot of homeless people or a lot of people who live in the rooms and have the whole place smelling like weed. It’s very run down. The phone for the hotel room does not call down to the front desk. There were not enough towels. And the front desk person made an issue about giving us some. My key didn’t work after the first night. I would not recommend this place and I wish I could get a refund.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was great, responsive and friendly. Only complaint not the best area if you are traveling alone. Close to fast food and highway.

It was horrible!!! Bugs everywhere! My daughter would have rather slept in the car!!!

The stay was enjoyable, however the outside needs some serious renovation. Hopefully they’re working on that next as they appear to have renovated the rooms and they look great. Despite the previous reviews, there are no roaches or bed bugs at this location! For the price I paid, I got more than I expected so I was very pleased. That being said, if you don’t mind the exterior, it’s a great place to sleep especially after 10+ hours of driving.

Umm pretty great staff the room was ok until I seen bugs and stuff on the bathroom walls but we were only there for a couple days justor some rest but for a cheap and quick stay it was ok

I was so upset and appalled. I almost canceled reservation but was worried about finding room last minute away from home. The hotel is under renovation. The pictures posted are missing some real Visual truth.

Gave a room that hadn’t Eve been cleaned and ac and tv didn’t work had to ask for different room and got attitude from front desk staff
