My only negative for this stay was that during the last week, their elevator kept breaking down and had to take the stairs from the 3rd floor. Other than that one minor thing, i absolutely loved this place and will definitely book again in the future.

The rooms smell like very old. I think they need to air them out and open windows. Probably the due to age of rugs. It's a no smoking hotel but the lobby smells like cigarettes. Overall clean, but i was very hard to deal with the smell.

I left the hotel shortly after checking in. The front desk clerk was remote, elevator was broken, the main light switch in the room did nothing, it smelt awful, the TV was on, what I would assume was the previous occupant left their empty money envelop on the desk, the door wasn’t overly secure and the microwave was moldy and very dirty. I did not feel comfortable or safe in that location and booked another with in 5 minutes of arriving.

We stayed here in Fall 2023 - seemed 'better' back then. Just stayed here Sept 6th-7th - 1 night. Bathroom adequate but looks tired and not updated. No drain cover on sink? black Mold spotted around tub caulked edge. But- One really Nice thing - VERY nice hot water and lots of it- made 2 fill ups on a bath I took before bed. mattress on bed comfortable enough, mattress was encased - did have to retrieve something that fell close to under bed....NOT clean under there. Cob webs, candy wrapper, dust. The place needs a 'refresh' ....

I regret paying for this property. The hotel advertises an EV charger, but it is not managed by them since it belongs to the ViaLynk network, so it’s misleading to list it as a perk when you don't help guests to use it and you have to figure it put how it works and how to pay. Check‑in was through a self‑service kiosk with a remote “agent” who could do little more than take payment and issue keys. Service was unhelpful and impersonal. The first room (second floor) smelled so bad that within minutes we felt nauseous. After requesting a change, we were moved to a first‑floor room where we soon spotted a mouse running across the floor. Maintenance is very poor. Furniture, bathroom fixtures, and towels were all worn out or terrible quality. The TV didn’t work, and when I asked for help, I was told the only way to use it was to leave the room door open so the DirecTV signal could reach it. We stayed the night only because it was too late to find another hotel. The next morning, cockroaches were crawling across the desk. This property is in unacceptable condition and should not be operating. Save your money and avoid this hotel.

Never went there. Cancelled our trip due to unexpected death notification in our family. Called to cancel and requested a refund but was lied to by hotel.com reps along with expedia rep! Clear as day why they were hit with a huge lawsuit for online hotel booking wrong doings! The hotel was not much help either! Waited over three weeks for a response never got one.Heartless!

When I checked in the amazing Puerto Rican woman was great, friendly, and informative. I did deal with another lady because our keys where damaged and she was terrible, not friendly, doesn't know how to say thank you, please, or you are welcome. Another night she told us that it was nice that you got here by 11pm because I don't now how you would get back in your room. @ nights of getting keys fixed.
