Police response is fast. There was a shooting (with one dead) 10 minutes after check in. Besides that, facility is okay. Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. We booked 2 rooms, one where water pressure was not good, but hot. Plan on bird bath if you’re a female with hair. Location is close to lots of ATL attractions. Parking in public lot is $25 per 24 hours right across street. Don’t confuse this with Peachtree hotel vs Peach Tree”s” hotel.

The location is great, but the hotel itself needs some renovations. We couldn’t even open our door with the key. We had to get the front desk to come up and open it for us and then the next day when we left and came back it didn’t work again and had to get a new key. The front desk clerk said that she hopes the battery isn’t gonna die The air conditioner leaked and got the floor, soaking wet on the side of the bed. It just needs a lot of work.

Convenient and walkable to most downtown attractions but out of the hustle and bustle of most downtown hotels. Only drawback was the breakfast hours (8a-10a) on weekends and over at 9a on weekdays. I stayed there 3 days and was not able to try the breakfast due to having to leave at 7am on Sat and Sun for early cheer performance and got downstairs at 9:10am on Monday morning to learn it ended at 9am on weekdays. That was my only complaint. Otherwise, would recommend this property.

This was a horrible stay. Requested towels was told had to wait until they had some available then never brought them. Also, the toilet and sink were stopped up and no Maintenace on staff, so I had to plunge my toilet myself. Stay away from this hotel

In the info about this Ascend Hotel Collection, it does not mention it is a motel. It is very old and dated and the pictures do not represent what the current state of the building is. I did not feel safe with my daughter and left 2 minutes after getting into the room. I found another hotel near by.

I paid Expedia and then was charged by the hotel another 100 and 70 of it was used to pay for a room. Also I was given a room and had to call front desk and customer service because it was not clean

La chambre était petite mais correcte. par contre, le service était nul! On a demandé des capsules de café pendant trois jours et chaque fois la réponse était: demain, c’est promis. Et après 4 jours è l’hôtel, il a fallu mendier un rouleau de papier toilette. Cela dit, le personnel était la plupart du temps très aimable. Mais j’imagine qu’ils ont pour consigne d\en donner le moins possible.

Curtains hardly blocked out any light, certain doors weren't unlocked so I had to take different routes to get to the exercise room, breakfast starts too late. I wake up at 6am and to have to wait until 8am is difficult

Fred was at the front desk for most of our stay. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was great to walk to Olympic Park, Mercedez Benz Stadium, and lots of restaurants. We had a courtyard room which was quiet. The complimentary full breakfast is a very nice amenity. Fresh popcorn on the weekend was a fun surprise.

Very convenient location. Old building and furniture. Requires urgent upgrades. Good for business or events attendance. 15 minutes walking distance from Georgia Convention Center. Nice restaurants around. Friendly staff and simple, but decent breakfast. I would recommend it if you’re on a budget.

The site is old and needs updating in the room. Besides a mediocre breakfast the lobby area we clean and decorative. The closet had no hangers, sink did not have a stopper, the toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle, no pen or paper. The was no ice maker. No room service during the entire stay. Location and garage parking was great

If you are in Atlanta for an event, this hotel is fine. The fixtures feel old, dated but if you only need a place to shower and sleep, why not save the money and stay here?

Parking was not expensive, however scary, dark, and “ on your own”….. area “sketchy” and somewhat vulnerable, rooms opened to the outside elements. Staff on sight ….very accommodating and tried to be helpful. (Staff would get 5 ⭐️’s for making the best of a challenging situation)
