Amazing property

Location is amazing especially beside the bay and USS midway.

The concierge and front desk knows nothing about local bus route and whether taxi needs baby chair which is quite rare for a 5 stars hotel

Everything was perfect. Service, facilities, location . The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the bay. This is a perfect hotel either for vacations or business trips.

This hotel was extremely nice and the staff was very welcoming! I brought my son to San Diego for Spring break and the hotel is located right on the water and really close to the Zoo and Belmont Park! We had a blast!

Good locations and close to many sight seeing opportunities.

We were just staying one night and we selected the hotel for it's proximity to the cruise terminal. Was great for that. The amenities were not useful to us, so this felt like an expensive option (and the mandatory resort fee didn't help). A nice room with a great view was what we wanted and we did get that. If we were staying longer and could have made use of the facilities, I'm sure

My second time staying at an Intercintinental IHG property and I must give high praise to all staff from the valet, the bellman, the Manager, Bar staff, and others that just smiled and went on about their business of taking care of other guests. Impressive from the moment you step onto the property. Well done and Bravo 🙌

Very nice hotel. Limited breakfast options. Rooms looking a little tired.

The property was very clean and conveniently located. The gentleman at check in was very nice. I paid for parking when I booked the room. They charged me for it again when I checked in.(they did remove once I explained I had already paid it) At breakfast, our server went on her 30 minute break, no one else served us. We had to ask a busser for more coffee. Then we got a dirty look when we asked for our check from the person that was covering for our server. At checkout, they charged us for parking again and then when I said the resort fee was incorrect, the manager made me pull up my receipt to prove the price was incorrect. It was a $3 difference. I wouldn’t normally make a big deal, but at this point, everything else was stacking up.

Great property great location. This is definitely a revisit.

Hotel was very nice. Walking distance to trolley system which made it easier to get to our destination. A few restaurants near by too. Right on the pier so great view
