Very kind and professional staff, a clean room and very well set up, and easy parking. We did park in the garage next door and it was $30 per day.

Service was poor —we arrived in the early morning and I told the receptionist to please skip the whole orientation and check in speech because we wanted to go to bed but she keep stubbornly talking about where the gym and pool was located, how to find the water bottles, a bunch of other worthless stuff. When we woke up in the morning in a hurry we discovered that our daughter’s key on one floor did not permit her to come to our floor (what?). So we had a stressful morning trying to get out while going and getting new keys from the front desk just so our daughter could come to our room. Then the valet area was a ghost town. This hotel is one of the worst “luxury” hotels in the Bellevue area. You should pick another hands down, and especially if you are trying to do business there.

In the heart of Downtown Bellevue. Close proximity to the Mall, Dinning and more. In-house breakfast is not so good, you mihht want to take a walk and have breakfast outside the hotel if tge weather is nice but I had prepaid for it so my options were limited. In General, It was a very good experience and good staff as well

Very new and clean. Room is spacious and cozy. Convenient location.

First room had a toxic almost acetone smell so they moved me to a room which was downgrade. Hot water does not get hot. No shower pressure. Luxury hotel price without the luxury. Will never stay there again.

Hotel was very nice and new, service was excellent . Location is central close to lots of restaurant and shopping. Would stay again next time I’m in Bellevue.

Great hotel. Seems new. Super clean and great staff. The stay was top notch. Only problem there is a very small front parking area which gets congested quickly. They worked hard at keeping that dealt with as best they could.

Clean, very nice hotel with great staff. The parking valet area was a little confusing to find, needs a sign where you turn in.

the lady didn't check my reservation fully enough so she didn't know my breakfast including reservations.

Fantastic location to all parts of Bellevue. Walk to the park, coffee shops, dining and shopping. Quick and easy to get to concert venues.

The only thing I disliked it we couldn't use the fridge. I love the mini bar concept but it would have been nice to be able to put our left over food or things in a fridfe

This property was pristine. Although a little pricey, the amenities definitely outweighed the costs. Close to restaurants and walkable. Comfortable beds, quiet and luxurious. We will definitely stay again and recommend.
