The rooms are exceptionally clean, very comfortable and relaxing very quiet and the price is reasonable that's why we're booking the room again we are very happy with are stay

Need for the internet to be fixed sowe can comfortably watch tv during are stay which would makeit 💯 better for are stay 🤔 and also we need clean sheets and a bed spread/pillow cases fir 4 pillows and we need 4 towels,4 wash cloths and 2 handtowels and a clean bath mat thus us for room #237 and also the spiket in the tub wont stay down to drain the water so bath tub fills up water i would appreciate if these would be addressed thank you Mr.Brown.

Kiteville didn’t have a confirmation from Expedia. Rooms weren’t ready. Had to wait for cleaning. Didn’t have internet the entire time we were there. That was very important. No tv. Faulty outlets…some worked some didn’t. Bathtub had black on the bottom. All in all it wasn’t pleasant and it doesn’t give Expedia a good name for sure. Would never never stay there again and feel we should get some compensation for this two room stay… three nites!!!!!

When we first came in the room was exceptional the linens were clean bed was clean. The only thing we noticed was that their was mold in the bathroom and other areas. We booked our room and stay here while we moved our home from one location to another. The internet was the worst thing in there too the modem outside the room was taken out every time we were watching movies on Tubi, it was lagging out The price & rate was decent cheap to help people stay warm in the cold. So my hat is off to the owners, Thank you for having us.

Surreal experience. No human contact at property, Thin blanket on bed. No blanket at all for sofa-bed use and no front desk to ask. No box of tissue (I have allergies) and no hair dryer. No glass in bathroom, had to use a paper cup from coffee maker. One roll of toilet paper, and while it did not run out, there would be no one to call if it did. Room was clean but somewhat shabby. First night was quiet but next night a loud family argument interrupted peaceful sleep.

Hall smelled of cigarette smoke and very strong air freshener. Room was comfortable, however... deadbolt didn't lock, toilet would run periodically, shower rod was about to fall off, rotted window still and chair rail, room could just a fresh coat of paint - lots of pain patches.

Well when I went to book it wouldn't let me book for the whole week so I had to make 3 separate bookings and it charged me 3 $50 cleaning fees and I cleaned my own room, so why did I pay for cleaning fees?

The blinds were terrible see photos. The tube was not clean and had a hole in the side of it. Fire alarm was covered. In room coffee machine did not work. There was no reception desk to ask about anything like more towels, switching rooms, or any other service you would normally get from a hotel.

I was disappointed, was not expecting a whole lot for nights stay but WiFi not working, spoke with someone regarding some issues that was never resloved

WiFi doesn’t work. Door on bathroom doesn’t lock Main door doesn’t lock from the inside. Room smells terrible Bathroom tub dirty and nasty Blankets on the bed are really old and dirty

No need to mess around with key cards

The room access code for the door did not work. Housekeeper had to search to find the key to let us in, then had an attitude because she had been cleaning all day. Night stand drawer had some kind of powder in it. Tv didnt really work. Was suppose to have a queen size bed it had a full size bed instead. All together was a bad one night stay. Other guests slamming doors all night. Never stay there again.

There was no room cleaning. People were out an about all night slamming doors and yelling all night. If you stay here bring your self some towels a rags. Hair all in shower. Make sure you bring your own bathroom items there is none supplied. Just know there is no front desk.

Positive: The room looked nice upon entry. Very cozy vibe. Overall clean. Quiet during day. Awesome price for the time of year. Negative: A towel rack was on the floor upon arrival which should have been caught by housekeeping/maintenance. Electrical socket didn't want to hold a plug. Coffee maker still had a k-cup leftover from previous resident. Slamming noises coming from neighbor after quiet time hours. Wi-Fi did not work the entire stay... no TV service, no Internet connection even after multiple reports and responses that maintenance would be out to fix. 3 week stay, not corrected.
