I love the rooms they have for disabled persons. These rooms are large with some amenities. All rooms for the disabled are not equipped with both a refrigerator and microwave. The room I was in had both of the amenities and it was very convenient and conducive to my needs. I really recommend this hotel very highly. I am looking forward to my next stay with them.

First of the hotel was infected with cochroaches, cigarettes littered all over, noisy, the room next to me gave me a difficult night. playing music around 12am to around 3am

Called the front desk multiple times and took 10 times for them to pick up and once they picked up I ask a question and suddenly they hung up on me. Only one elevator was working.. the area for breakfast was very dirty tables and food section. not great stay.

The property isn’t a 3 star for sure as advertised. It probably is a 1 or 1.5 star. Unsafe and smelled mervana all around in the corridor and rooms. We checked out half way through our stay. Never going back there again.

Hotel lobby was dirty when I arrived for check in, the floor and rugs upon entering and near the elevator were very dirty and needed to be vacuumed. Our room appeared to be cleaned at first glance but quickly noticed that the floor need to be swept and moped (Long Hair) throughout especially in the bathroom. The comforters on the bed and towels were dingy. Due to not being comfortable with the cleaning and being unable to cancel our reservation, I was forced ventured out for cleaning supplies, towels and blankets for my family to feel safe. There was only one working elevator our entire stay. While the hotel offered free breakfast, the staff did not keep the area around the food clean and tidy. Food was all over the counters and floor, trash cans overflowing, there were no napkins and tables weren't wiped clean. We were very disappointed with our stay and will never book with this hotel again.

The bathroom door was broken at the bottom , the elevator had a piece of metal pointing out that could be a hazard if you pass near by. I did not like it a5 all.

They microwave the sausage and eggs milk warm only 1 elevator works the washer is always out only 1 Ice machine they lock the doors at night some times. Need to be upgraded. Overall staff is pretty good.

I had a truly terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor that was impossible to ignore. The bathroom was equally disappointing; the showerhead was positioned so low that I had to bend down awkwardly just to use it. On top of that, the water pressure was so poor that only a few droplets came out, making it take over an hour just to take a simple shower. To make matters worse, I found a roach near my bed, which was extremely unsettling. Overall, my stay was awful. Affordable pricing should not mean sacrificing cleanliness, comfort, or basic standards. It is very possible to offer clean, decent rooms at a budget-friendly rate without them looking and smelling terrible. And as for the breakfast; it was completely tasteless and not worth mentioning further.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel was in a bad neighborhood and the hotel was "beat up". The elevators were extremely slow and had significant damage inside of them. It appeared as though families were living in the hotel, with kids making noise all hours of the day. the bathtub was spraypainted white.

The property was out dated, there was a layer of dust on the computer chair, the shower did not work and when we called the front desk to make them aware, no one answered. The next day the front desk attendant was made aware of the shower not working and he explained that we had to manipulate the handle to make the shower work. The bather door was scrubbing the floor and the door material was deteriorating and there was black mold around the top of the bathroom ceiling, partially covered with paint. When we entered the room we were greeted with the stale odor of cigarettes and mildew. We will not be staying at any more choice hotels.

i do not think i will stay at la quinta again. last two experiences were no good. this hotel is physically run down. staff had no spark, no interest. place was riddled with police due to a shooting next door. basta....
