Came in last night notice there was ants on the night stand so I just whipped them away no biggie so sat stuff down went got dinner at cracker barrel and got back to room sat food down on desk top and jumped in the shower came out the shower to roaches and ants all over the place disgusting nasty the tryna tell the stuff they just plain out rude and worried about cell phone then a customer

Never again. I picked this hotel as had an indoor pool. It was down due to bad co ditions. Hower per other reviews it has been doxn for over 3 months judt like breakfast dri.k machine.plastoc key NEVER NEVET WORKED had to call front desk every night..aggravating. AC kept randomly changing degrees..toilet ran every night. Broken clock and TV on arrival byt that was repaired. No vending machines..only good thing about the hotel is Ginger at front desk. Sad bcuz good location

Staff was nice but place is in terrible shape .. pool was closed but it did not state on hotels.com manager said its been closed for months.. also hotels.com terrible at fixing issues I recommend you used a different app . Hotels.com is not what it used to be .

The positive was the staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. However, the property itself left little to be desired. The pool was closed for repair. The juice machine at breakfast was broken. The towel rack feel apart when I took a towel from it. There was no hair dryer in the room. There was a large leak in the ceiling in the dining room. We would not go back.

Pool was out of service. I had to replace my room key several times. My door handle came off. The staff was the nice. Hotel not in the greatest condition. WiFi was really slow. I won’t stay there again.

Not a good experience. Hotel looks great from the outside but it looks like they did a nice job of putting lipstick on a pig. Mattresses are old and need updating. Electrical wires exposed and potentially dangerous. Found roaches in our room. Pool not working. Smelled moldy as soon as you walk in. AC made a loud noise. Possible drug deals happening in the parking lot. Good enough to lay my head down for the night but would not recommend.
