There were cockroaches in the room. Room appears to be recently remodeled.

I came here so I can run the rose bowl half marathon. I was able to do late check out for no extra charge which was amazing.

I didn’t realize I had booked a room at a MOTEL! I pulled into lot and was greeted by a homeless man and his shopping carts. The Office is a window! The room was decent. Room was clean and apparently recently renovated. If in the area I might rebook. If traveling with wife and kids, no go!

No hot water for the shower or shave. No iron board and iron even though it’s listed online no blankets.

Only 1.5 mile walk to rose bowl

Couple good things for room 124: 1. Check-in was quick and easy. 2. Easy access to room and to vehicle. The not-so-goods: 1. Sheets had holes and burn marks on them. 2. Toilet flusher was not connected so i could not flush. 3. Bed is flat and hard, not comfortable at all. 4. If noise is an issue, don’t stay here. 5. The list goes on. The most important info; If you really just need a spot, this is great. If you got a BIG truck, you won’t find parking, you’ll be on the street. Expect the worst, hope for the best. The operators are nice and accommodating. Thank You.

Almost everything was broken, most of the outlets didn’t work, the outlets actually broke my phone charger probably permanently, fridge and microwave not working, terrible decor, people were smoking, making noise in the night, etc, seemed like they have people living there, horrible bed with no blankets only white sheets, a weird fuzzy board thing inside, and a red top sheet, tub stopper broken, no shampoo conditioner body wash or iron or hair dryer

Room looks good, the tv was good. The bed was extremely hard, pillows were paper thin.

The power went out almost 1 hr after we checked in and didn’t come back on until around 9pm. No one at the front desk answered or gave us any explanation or apology as for why the power was out. It was very hot and miserable without an ac

Lincoln is a great example lace to stay if your attending any Rose Bowl event… it’s walkable.

It is very close to the freeway, easy access but also some road noise. The exterior of the building didn't look like much, but the room was very clean, and there was some covered parking which was nice.
