The hotel was not quite as we had hoped. The staff were great but the room was a bit motel-ish. We booked 2 rooms, and one them did not have the bed made when we checked in. Our room was okay but my gf said the carpet was wet where she was standing by the bed.

My husband and I stayed a night after a concert at AT&T stadium. The hotel was nice and even though there was an event that night we didn’t hear any loud noise. The bed was comfortable and it provided all we needed.

The elevator broke wile we were in it so we asked to move from the 6th to 1st floors oir second room had mold in the bathroom. No breakfast or open restaurant as advertised. The staff was rude. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I thought this was a new high-end hotel its an old renamed slumb

I was a bit taken aback when entering my room. First impression was of the beautiful lobby and was excited. Until I began my journey to my room and was hit was a terrible old and cigarette smoke smell. It really made me think I picked the wrong hotel. Old tv, old vibes and old sheets.

The online views of the rooms looked good, but the room I had was bad (2nd floor). The carpet was nasty, the TV was very old and the service my have given me 10 channels and yes, they had my card for incidentals. The bathroom was very very small.
The sheet were clean and I was to tired to find a different hotel (10pm) and load my car back up, so I stayed the night but was out of their first thing. I will not stay there again. The price was about $15 less than the well know brands but I received a $100 less in quality.

For luxury hotel, there was nothing luxurious about this. The staff didn’t have information about the hotel when asking if there was a hot tub or Jacuzzi the answer was I don’t know. Ask the spa. Then another hotel staff told me the Jacuzzis are in the room yet did not give me a room with Jacuzzi knowing that that’s what I wanted. There’s no breakfast even though you’re spending so much money to stay at this luxurious hotel they do nothing to care for you. They have a cool little convenience shop at the front of hotel, the spa portion is just two people doing their best to take care of an entire hotel.

Checked into this hotel with my daughter at 11pm after a long drive hoping to get a rest and I was greeted with several challenges resulting in my night being a very horrific and having to change rooms three times .
The first room-rm 113 had a thermostat issue and was very very cold so my little girl was shaking and couldn’t sleep.
The second room -106 had a plumbing issue the toilet will not flush and we had to change rooms again to a third room . We barely sleep. The experience was very very unpleasant.

It was ok. Elevator had issues and became scary. It didn’t stop on our floor and then shot up to the sixth floor without warning. Got off and took the stairs. Some water damage in the bathroom of our room. Had a smell in the room. But otherwise it was fine.

The hotel is nice, staff was friendly, and it was convenient to Globe Life Stadium. The only grievance would be the third floor ,where we stayed, as well as the elevator consistently smelled like marijuana, which in no way is the fault of the staff or hotel. It would be nice if others were considerate of others and go outside when partaking in those things.
