Ot was nice quiet and felt like home

No hot water to take a shower. Staff doesn’t seem to care.

Nice hotel for a one-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was convenient.

Overall my stay was great, despite being moved to 3 different rooms at check in. The first room had a dirty bathroom, the second room had a tv that didn’t work, the 3rd room finally was worth it. The staff was friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience. If your on a budget this place will meet your needs, if you want a 5 star establishment, this is probably not the one your looking for.

Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My room was incredibly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The rate was surprisingly affordable.

I strongly don’t recommend this place for anyone. Especially if you are tired and need to rest.The employee at the front desk seems to enjoy his little mini title to control people. Or maybe that’s their policy? We kindly ask the guy if we can get a room on 3rd floor facing the parking lot, if there’s any room available. This guy responded in a rude way and stated that he won’t do that because it’s only 7-people in the whole building for the night. He’s putting everyone on the 1st floor, because it’s convenient for the housekeepers to clean. He kept on running his mouth, because we mentioned about customer’s satisfaction. At this point we are to tired so we just take what he assigned us.which was on the 1st floor. At midnight someone stumping on the second floor above us and the tv was loud. That’s messed up.

Tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in! Staff was nice. Bed was comfy for sure.

I love the remodel of the new look when you enter the lobby. Bed was great. Only thing I don’t like is that there no microwave in the room. And the bathroom is dirty, tub was definitely not disinfected or wipe down My suggestion is that they should use disinfectant spray to clean after each guest.

Nice. Only negative was that all breakfast foods were no longer hot. Coffee wasn't even hot.

This is a great hotel! My daughter and I stay here every time we come to Cedar Rapids. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very comfortable beds! The breakfast buffet is very good as well!!

This was a good economical choice for a place to sleep when we were going to be in the area for several days visiting family. Since we were going to be away from the hotel all day, we didn't need or want anything fancy, just needed a place to sleep, and likewise, looking to keep the price in the reasonable range. This was a good option -- about as economical as we could find in the area without it being a dump. The rooms were quiet and clean, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast offered a nice variety of choices (however, it didn't seem that anyone was ever replenishing foods as they were eaten, so it was a little hit or miss). I would stay there again.

Hotel was good overall. Breakfast wasn't anything phenomenal. Room was a little bit smaller but it was clean and comfy

A clean, open lobby that was brightly lit, friendly staff and clean room. Definitely staying here again
