Booked a 3 room suite for a friend weekend. Room was above what we were expecting with each bedroom having it's own bathroom plus one common bathroom, full kitchen, and great living room with a murphy bed. Hotel was fabulous and offered many activities throughout the day. Will definitely be staying again.

The location was great. Lots of places within walking distance. Loved the pool. The room had everything we needed and very nice.
Just note that you do have to pay for valet parking. There are no other parking choices. We didn't know this until we checked out.

This is not your typical hotel, it is more a resort with wonderful pools spas and all the amenities you need in a hotel. Yes at this one because of the whole pandemic it is limited access. This is pretty good hotel for family use as big and clean living and dining room and kitchin. Perfect for long stay use.But the room is pretty dry.
Staff is freindlly and responsible and we are satisfied about the service. A bit pricy hotel, but we are satisfied for family use for overall.

For a pandemic, they were doing what they were supposed to. They were encouraging social distancing and had masks and hand sanitizer throughout the lobby.
Parking is a bit tricky to find (the entrance is on the side near Safeway, by the crosswalk) and the only option at the hotel is valet.
The room was huge. Fire places, full kitchen, and big jet tub were nice.
There was a small stock of cups, plates and utensils, nothing fancy though. Cheap quality, but works.
Location is excellent. Walking distance to the Lake, restaurants, shops, and casinos.
