Room was clean spacious. No hot water at the sink and the shower had to run for awhile to get warm water. Food was excellent but service was a bit slow.

This is a great property and the breakfast buffet will make you feel like you’re on an island vacation. For dinner and/or evening relaxing there is a superb bourbon bar with an abundance of choices. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed. Parking is $8 per night. We didn’t know that when we booked the reservation.

I was charged for smoking when I did not smoke in the room, there were additional charges on my credit card that were pending and caused havoc on my checking account. They could not see charges on their end that my bank and myself could clearly see. Took me two days to hunt down a manager and they were not help. Now I have to dispute the several transactions they posted to my debit card account.

Very unhappy with the stay. If you book through a website, breakfast is not included in parking is not included. They also never made the beds during our three nights stay. For the money really wasn’t worth it. Read the fine print before you book as the hotel does not accommodate online purchases.
