The room was dirty on arrival. My bed was not made the following day. They only pulled the trash and left wet, dirty towels on the bathroom floor. The air-conditioner was so loud it couldnt be run. The guy at the front desk had no customer service skills. The guy who was putting hot food out for breakfast worked the kitchen with no gloves.

The was okay. The building is very dated, but it has been given a facelift to help it look better. It is right off the highway and has lots of noise from that. The swimming pool and spa needs a deep cleaning.

If you are going to the Mayo this is hands down the easiest, most responsive staff, super easy parking and really nice shuttle service and AFFORDABLE place to stay! The staff is great and you never have to try to search for them. I've stayed at many hotels in Rochester and this is my go to everytime now!! What are you waiting for...book it!

If you ever have to be an outpatient at the Mayo Clinic and need somewhere to stay while trying to conserve money and yet have a nice place. I highly recommend you stay here at the med city Inn and suites! Famous Dave’s is connected in the front and you get a discount to eat there and delivered to your room!

I stayed at this hotel while I was at appointments in Mayo. I chose this hotel because they accepted dogs at a reasonable rate. Our carpet was disgusting, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, there were someone else’s hairs all over the towels, the tub didn’t drain, and there was water leaking through the wall on the last night.
The only thing I did like about the hotel was the location of it with the park and trail systems.

Stayed there because the hotel was closest to the Mayo Clinic. I loved how spacious the rooms were and how accommodating the staff was when I told them I needed another night in this same room. They’re all polite and easy to talk too. Had no issues with the establishment. Breakfast was always so neat and tidy. The pools were in good standing. And the junction of famous Dave’s with the hotel made dinner super easy. All in all everything was perfect!!

Stayed here last year mostly because of Famous Daves. The restaurant was horrible this time. Portions were small and expensive. The hot tub waterline was so low that it didnt reach the jets.
