Friendly staff, easy checkin. We were able to leave a baggage at the front desk before check-in and after checkout. They are going through a renovation but noises and dust was very minimal.

Very close to Union Station. Old hotel, in need of repair, but they seem to be working on it. Some oddities, like toilet paper roll weirdly mounted. Light switches not conveniently located. Sure has excellent location.

Decent enough for an overnight stay near Los Angeles Amtak Union station. The price reflects the type of hotel. Not modern, a bit run down, but clean bath room.

This hotel has seen better days, but the proximity to Union Station and the price were great. I appreciated the heads up from the friendly front desk about how to operate the shower/hot water. If traveling alone I'd stay here again.

If your entire stay is based wholly on the employees then this place is five stars. Taking other things into account, I've stayed in worse for more $$. The room was clean but everything is old and worn down. My room appeared to have had the door kicked in at some point based on the 'attempt' to re-attach the chain lock. The bed was enough to fall asleep but the mattress, at the least, needs replaced. I felt safe the whole time I was there and it felt ok to use, touch, etc things in the room. TL;DR I am on a solo train trip and needed a place near Union station to stay the night for my train the next day. If you have similar plans Metro was perfect.

The rooms were clean and comfortable but a bit worn and outdated. The AC/heat unit on my room didn’t work. When I stir Ed it on to cool off the room (from 68 to 65) it sent a blast of warm humid air. I didn’t report it bc it was late at no ight and cooled off if I opened the window

Older hotel going thru some remodeling. Has musty smell but not bad . Service & staff great. Bathrooms ok, shower at bit odd, sink plug did not work.

This hotel is in the middle of renovations. I stayed in a part that had room updates, but parts of the hotel hallways have some pretty old and worn carpet. The hallways often smelled like smoke and weed, but at least I couldn’t smell it in my room. The room was clean and had updated things like usb ports for charging, which was nice. It’s a good budget option.

There are signs reporting renovations in progress but the place is old a d tired. Stained carpets in hallways and rooms. Poor caulking around sink and tub. Chipped enamel in tub. The staff seems to be doing the best they can with what they have.

We love this place, it’s centrally located and is a few minutes away from union station very clean and the staff is awesome. We will definitely stay again
