Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls

Check in was a breeze at the hotel. We enjoyed the stay. Our room was spacious and clean. Robert at the front desk was very helpful and very friendly. We were not to crazy about the breakfast though. We wish there were a few more choices.

We Stayed at this hotel for 3 days and it was great. The rooms were comfy, but the lighting in the rooms we less. Could have had a brighter light for the winter days. Breakfast was ok, not much of options like other areas. The staff was great. Robert was amazing and very friendly. The kids had great fun and he made sure to connect with them and keep them entertained with jokes and riddles during breakfast time. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the cost we paid.

I enjoyed my stay here. Came in town from Canada to see the patriots game. Took was I clean, cozy, warm. Staff were nice and welcoming. Would for sure stay again

Stayed alone for 3 nights during a cross border shopping trip/getaway. The location was so convenient near to the outlet mall and other shopping places, package pick up depot, with all kinds of restaurants and food options also close by. I drive, so can't speak to convenience in regards to transit. Check in was hassle free and the gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The Queen room I was in was very clean and so cute with tasteful, modern decor, ample lighting, wardrobe, tv, mini fridge, ac/heat unit, and a really comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and had enough towels, washcloths, ana toilet paper for my entire stay. I felt very safe coming and going. No one bothered me nor were there any disturbances, and even though my room was directly in front of the elevator (which ended up being so convenient), I didn't hear any noise at all. I appreciated the free breakfast and parking. All of the hotel staff I encountered were very gracious and accommodating. I have no complaints, it was better than anticipated based on some of the not so great reviews I read prior to my stay. Overall, I am completely satisfied and am definitely planning on staying here next time I am in town.

Found hairs on pillow. We liked the fact that the toilet had an expeller which seems quite rare in hotels nowadays.
