First Wyndham asked me to do precheck in, I do it. When I get to the hotel i had to do everything at check in. I asked the clerk why i have to check in again and he answers: "I dont know why Wyndham does that. It ia frustrating becauae I hate to waste my time.
This is a poorly maintained hotel. Breakfast is horrible with very little choices. I wouldn't stay ever again at this hotel.

It was not very clean, needed repairs in many areas, had no coffee in the room, there was hair on some of the wash cloths and free breakfast was not all that good.

Property needs updating , my door didn’t close unless I slammed it , the hallways on second floor had a weird stretch to it , all though check in was easy and front desks was great the room could use a few small touches to get this hotel to a 5 star. My room was decent the pillow on the window seal had a nasty stain on it which gave me an unsettling feeling. I do like the ac works great bed was comfy and the shower was great.

Easy to get around and was offered a ground floor room- great if you have bad knees! Much appreciated!
Room had a closet door with a broken hinge. The breakfast offered no protein item except yogurt, though. Need peanut butter or breakfast sausage / eggs.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, but there were a few small stains on the sheets and comforter. The room smelled like smoke and there was some grime on parts of the bathroom walls. The cushioned seat by the window needs replacing, it’s torn and stained, not in good condition. The shower was good and the people at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast was mostly toast and yogurt, some cereal.

A very simple hotel. You get what you pay for. I checked in online then had to go tbrough the whole process again plus they needes my husband's identification and phone number. Lengthy process after pre registration.

Hotel was not clean and not in great condition. Service was not friendly. Travel plans also changed and despite trying to reschedule room days in advance they would not issue any sort of refund - not even partial.

They charged us twice for the room and didn’t try to fix it. They were rude to us and acted as if we were stupid for wanting to get the second charges money back. The card that we put down in case of damages was charged the full price of the room
