It was nice that the desk person greeted my 2 dogs with treats and the room didn't smell like a dog room. I also appreciate the fair price I was offered by Travelocity.

Room was smaller and it caught me off guard, because of that it was way faster and easier to warm up the room. Almost turned it into sauna LOL...just kidding. But on the serious note the room was clean, no smells,bed was soft no back pain and it had 3 different types of pillows to match your sleep style.

My friends and I were returning to Canada from a long motorcycle trip. We booked this hotel because the price was very low and all we really needed was a place to sleep for a few hours. The inside of the hotel was very hot, no air conditioning was turned on. I guess this is good environmentally but it was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not on in the rooms as well, it took over an hour for the air conditioner (dated) to cool the room. The room itself had a nice bed, sheets freshly changed and made properly. There was a remote for a TV that did not exist. There were only the barest of essentials (soap, tissue, toilet paper, towels). There was no water available, choices for alcohol or other beverages, snacks, or other toiletries common in most other hotel rooms. The air conditioner was dated and its operation was loud making it difficult to fall asleep. There was a continental breakfast offered which consisted of buscuits and gravy with watered down orange and apple juice. I don't mind that the rooms are rustic and there aren't a lot of amenities but some attention to small comforts would have gone a long way. The one thing that was good was the desk manager or concierge. He was attentive, friendly, and professional.

Not good at all. A cleaning lady let herself in to our room around 9:00 AM when my 14 year old daughter while she was alone and changing; and I was having breakfast downstairs. The hotel was dirty snd smelled like weed. There are people who live in the hotel that were partying loudly and were down at the receptionist stand when we arrived. They were obnoxious and visibly drunk.

If you like the smell of freshly smoked pot this is the run down dump for you. The very first step in the lobby doors. And the 2nd floor is even worse. The room was horrible at best carpet was damp and air conditioner was shut off multiple things missing including the Smoke Detector only about half the lights working and the dark mirrors at head of beds give you that one way glass feeling like someone is watching 👀 all the time not to mention unless you want to pay a 20 dollar eary checkin fee don't show up till after 3 pm. Then at some point i was caharged an additional 20 dollars that they claim was a refund to my account.

Horrible hotel. The property is run down and unkempt. The room was tiny, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the smell of marijuana smoke was present day and night inside of building. The plaster was peeling off of the walls, the carpet was filthy, the closet doors were missing and the clientele was very sketchy. They also require a $40 deposit in case of damages caused to the room which clues you in as to the folks that frequent the dump.

This was the worst hotel stay I ever had. The rooms were not clean and smelled like smoke. It was also supposed to have a continental breakfast and there were hardly any options.

The room was dirty. When I went to let the attendant know that, she wasn’t there, so I spend the night like that. In the morning, I let the attendant present about the dirty room and he said he will send someone to clean it as soon as possible. When I came back that night, the room still dirty. I went to the front desk again and the lady asked me why I didn’t notified her the night before. When I told her that I intended to but no one was at the front desk she got an attitude and said I should notify the person in the morning. When I told her I did, she then told me she was going to sent him a text but at that moment the only thing she could do for me was to give me clean towels. She also mentioned that she didn’t have other rooms available at that moment for me. On my third day there, I saw a person that was cleaning other rooms, he had passed mine already. I asked him if he could clean my room because it was dirty. He said he was going to. He picked up the boxes of cereal and cookies and bags that were in a top cabinet but he didn’t really clean the room. According to the front desk, the rooms are cleaned every 3 days. I don’t think I paid a deposit for a dirty room. I won’t stay in this hotel again. It smells weird, the rugs are dirty and the breakfast is not even a continental breakfast. It had literally 8 yogurts, a couple of margarines, coffee, milk some bread and some beagles. No juice or anything else. I find it very expensive for what they offer.
