It was perfectly fine. Some of the more recent reviews made us worry about the state of the hotel after being renamed, but it was honestly totally fine. Maybe it’s not as fancy as people would expect from a four-star hotel, but we didn’t find anything was super disappointing. The rooms could use some TLC but not so much that they feel dingy. Be ready to see yourself from all angles with their mirrored decor. The TV was missing Chromecast even though it was listed on the menu as something offered, but front desk told me that no rooms have it now. Bummer if you’re just trying to watch something at the end of the day to relax. It was a good location to Koreatown and easily accessible by subway.

It was dirty, the pillow had a questionable stain, the curtains were filthy with holes, peep hole didn’t close, the toilet bowl was not clean properly, had to put my drinks on the balcony because the fridge made our drinks warm, and robes were advertised but not provided.

This hotel use to be Mondrian when it was I stayed often it was very nice Now it’s HORRIBLE the room smells like rodent killed/ bug spray Like you can taste the chemicals! I stayed 5 nights and called every day for someone to clean/ service room and no one did! Even with me calling down and complaining!!! Hotel has mold in bathrooms, and it’s not kept up!

Not worth the price. It was decent but you could go to Hilton for cheaper and get the same thing. The staff was nice. There was NO security. Anyone could get on the elevator and they didn’t even care who was coming or going. A lot of homeless around the building. I think this property was used to house people. The rooms were clean just everything just looked realllllly used. Again not the worst experience ever but definitely wouldn’t go back.
