Motel 6 Casper

The toilet was broken at the base so almost tip over when using, the air conditioner is louder than my diesel truck & absolutely gummed up with dirt, shower wasn’t cleaned properly/fully, obviously no one knows how to dust above doors/mirrors, bed is older than me & pillows lacked any support

I was denied my stay because the person working kept over charging my card, so my card kept declining I called my card and they stated they were charging my card 88 dollars and I was only supposed to pay 74, and when I explained to them what my card stated they then got very rude and kept saying I wasn't allowed to stay there and that they would call the cops on me

It's a motel6... tonight is going to be 16° they have already shut boilers off for the season (its mid Apr) so its cold in the room. They gave us a space heater that turns on but barely any heat. Sheets had stains on them wash rags were also dirty. If i didnt need sleep i would keep driving. 1 outta 10 only because the staff being solid.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The window was broken. There were more than 3 vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires The card access system was not working properly, I had to get new cards 3 times during my 2 night stay. The shower curtain rod was coming detached from the walls it was anchored to.

Room smelled of smoke.

The microwave had mold in it

Very disappointed this trip. Went through Multiple sets of keys, room change, bed change more keys. Just wow. Not sure what is happening but obvious changes have been made since my last visit in fall 2024

The room smelled intensely of cigarettes and there were burn marks in the sheets. It didn’t feel like a safe location for two women staying along.

The guy behind the counter tried his best to be helpful but the owners who do their own maintenance could care less if something is wrong with their rooms. The TV in the room did not work, we had the room for two night. First night I told them about it 3 times, nothing was done. Day 2, I was told it would be fixed. 4:30 pm, not fixed, 3 more requests over an hour and a half to get it fixed, the maintenance guy went and took a nap. The front desk guy finally gave us a different room. That wasn’t the only issue, the heat was stuck on hotter than hell and the door lock was loose.I was willing to deal with that but it is boring being in a room for 2 days without a tv.

Sink P-trap leaked all over the floor. TV didn’t work. Bed was comfortable and heat was comfortable

It was terrible. Our room smelt like weed awful and nobody did anything about it. we also got a very small refund, although we didn’t even stay the night.

There was no heater in the room and when I called for a heater they said none of the rooms have one. It’s the middle of winter in Wyoming and very cold. The water heater was also not working.

Quick trip passing through needed a pet friendly establishment. A bit dated but price was cheap and water pressure was awesome and water was hot. Which is all we needed paired with a couple hours of sleep.

Door didn’t close well and was drafty.

Its a good price and im local so not many places rent to locals which they do and thats great, sone of the rooms need better upkeep but all in all good!

they were very dirty rooms i had to clean the bathroom before i used it. the little one burner stove they had didn't even work there laundry facility alarm kept going off when i was doing laundry very annoying
